The apartment is wonderful, very well situated and you have the possibility to do everything on foot. Despite being on the third floor , you don't feel the stairs. Host is very kind and super requested in communication. I felt a lot at home and sure if you want to explore Miguel Pereira this is an excellent option . All very clean , airy and organized . Only compliments and the certainty that I will soon be coming back. Congratulations , you are a 1000 note host👏🏻

Gabriela is always very attentive and her grandmother too. Although it is away from downtown, it is very easy to access and arrive of Uber/99. I plan to come back!

I stayed for 4 days and had a very good experience. The apt is ideally sized, is extremely comfortable, accommodations in the ideal size, good utensils and appliances, an excellent refrigerator along with the kitchen structure. The location is also a positive point, as it is very close to the center, with easy access via 99 ($7.50 average) and a bus stop in front. Another interesting point is security, since there is a post of the Security program Present right in front. Also, there is a market and pharmacy nearby. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, allowing a more flexible check-out, which was a positive differential. The only downside was Wi-Fi, which works through a router repeater from the host store. We stayed 2 days with unstable internet access, but the other 2 days worked well. This could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it is a great accommodation, well located and comfortable.

Explendida. The couple D.Luci and Mr. Naercio, are endearing people. Impeccable and attentive service. The new accommodations, furniture, lighting and items. The house is brand new. I told you about it.... I am glad to settle there with the family. Many blessings and successes wish to them.

We decided to go to Miguel Pereira on short notice and when I saw Rafael's AP I was delighted. Coming there and the beauty of the condominium surprised me, the place really is very beautiful. Ap is super cozy and everything was clean. Note: clean and smelling bedding. We made our breakfast on the outside stove and it was super quiet. The view from the room is magnificent, from to see the garden and the swimming pool. I intend to come back and stay more days to enjoy the calm of this place. Rafael was solicitous and responded promptly to us when we need it.

The stay was great. The hosts left us literally at home (even though it is an apartment). We were delighted with the organization, cleaning, with all the furniture in the apartment, they thought in every detail. Whenever you return in Miguel Pereira we will rent with them again. We love ❤️

Amazing! Super clean, well tidy, all good quality! Had a wonderful stay. The very organized condominium, safe, well wooded and well located as well! Heliel always answered us quickly! The apartment is large, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. American cuisine had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (suites) were large and very comfortable. Quality bedding. The condominium is delicious. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, plenty of green space for sightseeing in addition to restaurants. We think it's a good value. Marco was always solicited, very educated and attended us promptly every time. We will be back.

Ana is a host and fantastic person, far beyond a simple rental relationship, extremely kind and flexible. The apartment exceeds expectations, an exceptional affection, everything very clean and smelling, impeccable furniture. Besides that the condominium is of a spectacular pattern. Excellent the place , close to bakeries , pharmacies and supermarket . Very close to the castle of Itaipava . Casa clean , organized , airy . Local organized, good level , polite and helpful staff . Quiet place.

It was a sensational trip. Mirian's apartment is wonderful. super cozy and very functional. I felt right at home. It has everything you need for good hosting. The leisure area is amazing. My kids enjoyed a lot. And the location is very good. Great restaurants and other shops in general. Super indico. We will return for sure.
