It's at the 4°floor of a quite building with private courtyard, in the very center of Pescara, just few minutes away from the beach, the train station and 6km from the local airport. In this area you can find all kind of shops, restaurants, bar and clubs for nightlife. It has a lovely terrace that you can enjoy in the summer.

My apartment is located at the gates of the historical center of Sulmona, close to the municipal gardens. Despite being a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car under the gate and it is easy to find car, both for a fee and free. The property is on a single level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024 . It has a magnificent view overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

A wonderful flat in the centre of the city. It is in a nice condominium where there is a private historical tower. It is near of supermarket , pharmacy. There is a nice view of the sea through a common area in front of the flat. The flat is so big and It have spacious rooms , and kitchen equipped with everything that you need.
