We have a-DO-RÉ our stay at James and Maryline's! They're probably the most proactive and available hosts we've had in all of our Airbnb stays. They are responsive, quickly find solutions, and have given us several great restaurant suggestions. They also explain all amenities very well. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, warm, you immediately feel good there. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to cook. It is also very well located, close to a shopping street and public transport. There is life around, but the apartment remains very quiet. 😊 The only small problem... are the four floors to climb with the suitcases, a real challenge! But even it was mentioned in the listing, so we were mentally prepared. 😉 James and Maryline are great hosts! Yes, yes, it exists... and it's in Lyon!

Really cozy and safe place with everything what you need. The house and the key box were pretty simple to find and it was easy to drive into the courtyard by car. Very practical was that the car was parked only 2 meters from the front door of the cabin so that the most necessary things could be quickly unloaded for one night and loaded again the next day. In the morning, my dog and I had a nice walk through the field around the corner. 🥰

We had a great evening with our partner in your rental. Compliant with the photos, warm, perfect for a good evening with your partner. We really enjoyed the rose petals on the bed, the decor is tastefully made and the bedding (pillows and duvet) was amazing. I will recommend your rental with plausir. Thank you very much

Great stay! The studio is spacious, clean, brand new and very well located - close to the city but in a quiet area. Communication with hosts was very good and if you are not in the area they will be able to give you information without any problem. I recommend Alice and Patrice's airbnb without a second thought. Very functional accommodation, as described. We stayed there to participate in a salon in Lyon (Eurexpo), the accommodation allowed us to be close to the living room without embarrassing ourselves in the Lyon traffic jams. In addition, communication with hosts is very responsive and clear. I would highly recommend.
