We had a really good stay at the cottage. Everything was as described in the listing and the host provided clear instructions and good communication throughout. The area is really cozy and the location is good - 10 min walk from the water, quiet area, good green areas nearby. Great recommendation from here :)

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, plenty of room for all of us, we were 5 people and 1 dog. The house was well decorated, clean and just a lovely place to be. Outside there was also a lovely terrace and garden.

We were 5 adults and we felt comfortable staying at Martin's house! If we had any questions, Martin was quick to answer. Overall I highly recommend the place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It's big and spacious with good views of the fjord. The house is in good condition and the kitchen and bathrooms are working as it should. In addition, the host is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly.

Very nice cottage where we enjoyed staying. We travelled with our 1.5y old daughter and found the place very child-friendly. Wonderful garden with lots of blackberries, raspberries and apples.

This time there were four of us traveling and we had our animals with us – a dog and a cat. There was enough room for all of us. Check-in went well (mini safe with key). The owner gave recommendations on using the equipment. Kitchen - You can cook - there is everything you need for it. A very warm fireplace, a washing machine – everything was great. A small problem (temporary internet failure) was fixed immediately – the owner called the supplier and everything worked again immediately. Definitely recommend!!!

Eva was a delight. Incredibly responsive without being intrusive. I wish I had paid attention to the towels and sheets being extra.

Anne-Sofie's place is extremely true to the listing photos. The decor is neat and it feels like home. The garden is fully fenced, which was perfect for our dog and cat. When we arrived, it was very hot in the house, but we were able to turn on the air conditioning and ventilate at the end of the day when it is cooler (however, beware of mosquitoes). Although we did not meet Anne-Sofie, she was able to answer our questions very quickly, whether for the house or for tourist questions. We had a lovely stay. Good location, right next to a walking path to reach the fjord and 5 minutes' drive to Olsted where you can find a supermarket, pizzeria,... The summer camp next door wasn't noisy. Thank you for everything, Anne-Sofie. 😊

We travelled with two small kids in august 2024. The place is beautiful inside and outside. Outside, it feels like being in a Forrest, deer is walking around and the view is a sea of trees. It’s a short walk to a good fish monger. It’s a drive or bikes ride into town. Inside, the place have everything which is needed. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Highly Recommend to anyone.

A very well-equipped, cozy and clean summer house in a quiet location. Our dog found the large, fully fenced garden great and went on an exploration tour every day. The beach and forest are within walking distance. Also a bakery, restaurants and an ice cream shop, which were still open in mid-September. Last but not least, the house is a great base for exploring North Zealand. Whether Frederiksborg Castle, the Rugolph Tegner Statue Park, Gilleleje or Hundested - everything is about half an hour's drive away. I would particularly like to highlight Pernille as a host who took great care of us.

We stayed at Mortens place for five days and we felt at home from day one. For those looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle - this area is highly recommended. This house is suitable for people preferring a cozy stay indoor as well as for people who love outdoor activities suck as walking, bird watching etc. My kids particularly enjoyed the zip line and trampoline set outside the house. Morten was very easy to communicate with which made the whole process so easy. Further Orø is a small and beautiful island with some very nice and social people with a great community spirit. We had a wonderful weekend at Simon's summerhouse. The house definitely met our expectations and had almost everything you could want. Large selection of board games, garden games, barbecue, fire pit, trampoline, large outdoor area, very well equipped kitchen and super good beds. On top of that, Simon was very helpful and a great host. All in all, a 5 out of 5 experience. 😄😄

We are very satisfied with our stay in the small cozy cottage by the sea but "in the middle of town". Wonderful with proximity and walking distance to swimming, restaurants and cafés. The house is small but feels surprisingly spacious for two. It was great to shower in nearby houses, a cozy little walk in the greenery from the house led to the laundry room where there was a fresh shower cabin. Petra arranged extra towels and was very careful that we would have a good time. An efficient floor fan was arranged when the heat was at 30 degrees and the house warm at night. Quiet and peaceful in the evening and at night. Cozy to sit on the private terrace and eat breakfast or watch the sunset at night. Petra has been the best of the hosts. Stay here if you want to stay in central Höganäs!

Had the most wonderful days in Eva's 'cabin' - perfect for a get-away with the opportunity to get out into nature, while there was ample opportunity to look at the city's specialty shops, shop and walk to the bakery - in addition, the place was easily accessible with the public. Eva is a nice and warm creature who provided great input for what was to experience in the local area - we would love to come back another time! ☀️

We had a great stay at Steen's house. The home is large and family friendly, with plenty of space for our 4-person family, a large well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer to do laundry during our stay, a spacious backyard with several play structures and a trampoline, and a great assortment of toys and books for our two kids (ages 4 and 7). The floor heating and well-insulated walls made it very comfortable to stay in during the winter, there's also a heat pump but we didn't need to turn those on at all. We didn't use the annex but it seemed well-built and comfortable as well for those who'd need it. Location is good, good proximity to the beach, Gilleleje, and grocery stores. Overall we'd highly recommend Steen's house for families!

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed staying with Paula and Bjørn in their cozy annex. The place is perfect for experiencing nature and within walking distance to great restaurants!

We stayed 3 adults at Marlene’s place for a family event and we had such a great experience. The house is quite spacious and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and then some. A cozy summer house, close to Copenhagen. The house is slightly basic but we had all we needed. Quiet and peaceful area for a relaxed stay. The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

It was a really nice house. A little older, and with lots of charm. These are large rooms, we were unsure of that, so it was a good surprise. Felicia was really friendly and answered all our questions right away on the app. Felt in very safe hands and we had a great stay.
