Great stay in the chalet, very clean accommodation with a very responsive and attentive and understanding host. Parking right in front of the chalet, perfect location to visit Holland. We enjoyed our stay very much thank you

The place was great and we felt very much at home. For 6 people, the place is a bit tight, but that was perfectly fine for two nights! Many thanks to Gerrit for the nice welcome and the easy communication in advance.

The beautiful house was very individually decorated, very bright inside and equipped with private furniture. Everything was clean and upon arrival the very likeable house owner Jan directly welcomed us, explained the house and gave us tips for the area - for example where we can find a cheap bike rental. Joffry takes care of the house and was very accessible. We especially enjoyed the harmony of the house and garden. In the garden there were two chickens that laid fresh breakfast eggs. From the house you can look out on a magnificent dune landscape where you can hike or cycle. The nearest beach is only 15 minutes by bike - if you prefer a secluded beach section, you can go a few minutes further. We really liked the nearest town Alkmaar with its many historic houses, restaurants, cafes and picturesque canals. We would very much like to rent the beautiful house again from Jan and Joffry. We stayed at Chantal's house with our two-year-old daughter and had a great time. The house is very cozy and with everything you need. In the garden you can relax and play. The planes can be heard, but it didn't bother us. We rented bikes and did many nice tours in the area. The staff at the park were also very friendly and there were great play opportunities for our daughter there. Chantal also provides many ideas for excursions. We highly recommend Chantal's house! :)

The chalet was exactly what we wanted, we had a wonderful week in the dunes and by the sea. All imaginable weather types came by, from very hot to storm and rain - all equally beautiful. The chalet itself is cute and pleasant, with a great kitchenette and nice beds. It is a campsite, so sanitary facilities are in a shared toilet building, but very close and perfectly clean.

Great place and especially great host, Wen was very available, attentive to our requests, and ready to find solutions to the questions we had. I recommend it, and we'll be happy to come back!

The chalet is very privately located on the campsite. It is a nice thing that you can do activities on the campsite, such as the swimming pool, play paradise and restaurant with terrace. And next door can relax and chill in the chalet. For children, there is a lot of fun to do in the area, such as the sea aquarium, the climbing dune, the beach of course and the land of velvet is also highly recommended. Furthermore, it was nice that the chalet had a Chromecast, so the children could watch videos when needed. We also barbecued, which was also nice.

We (2 couples) stayed at Chalet 226 above the turn of the year, which is almost directly on the IJsselmeer. In about a 30-minute walk you can reach the center of Enkhuizen, a pretty Dutch port town with cafes, restaurants and shops. The amenities of the cottage correspond exactly to the information in the listing and the photos. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and pots/pans. The cottage is very clean and nicely furnished. We can fully recommend Chalet 226 and would be happy to come back. Sigrid responded super quickly to messages and recommended us, among other things, a BBQ which we ordered online in the "Europarks Enkhuizen Strand" in advance. Plenty of meat, various delicious salads, sauces, baguettes as well as a gas grill with gas bottle and barbecue tongs were delivered directly to the cottage on New Year's Eve day. We can only recommend this service (and the bread roll service).

The long, winding and narrow road is the only negative thing to mention. Everything else was above expectations.

Had a great stay in a unique space on the Oudegracht in the middle of Utrecht. Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Very warm welcome and an extensive yet quick explanation about everything. Wonderful place to relax in between all the activities you can do in Utrecht. In this period it is a bit colder in this room, so an extra thick sweater can't hurt. But is totally worth it.

Summary: It was perfect :D There were three of us - my mom, my two-year-old son and I - for a weekend, quite spontaneously, in the chalet. Jacquelin was always easy to reach, responded very quickly and always friendly. You can get the bowl at the reception of the park, also here the employee was extremely friendly, well prepared and open to any questions and tips. From the first minute we felt comfortable in the chalet. We didn't miss anything, even a high chair, children's dishes and cutlery were available. The chalet is so cozy, lovingly and absolutely harmoniously furnished. The basic amenities of soap, dishwasher, toilet paper, Zewa etc. rounded off the stay. We were in Koudum for the first time, but would return to the chalet at any time if we were drawn to the IJsselmeer again <3

We were quite happy during hour stay. Our host was quite helpful and hot tub with that view was an amazing experience!

Great hosts and nice place by the water.

We enjoyed the stay, it was as described. All Necessary amenities were provided, they were very generous with the coffee pods and tea bags. It was mentioned that check in was until 10pm but we were arriving late, we texted the host and they confirmed it was not issue; access was easy via a smart lock, and they also turned the heater for us before we arrived so that it won’t be called. It was a nice experience.

I was there with my 4 year old son for a week and we felt super comfortable. The dishes are so great (to me personally means a lot) and the first coffee in the morning was a treat! The double bed and sofa were super comfortable. We didn't lack anything. It was magical and since we were there out of season there was also enough privacy. Communication with Ronald was wonderfully straightforward. We are very grateful for the lovely stay. We wish you all the best

It was our first stay at this property and arrival, as well as check-in were straightforward and quick. Everything was clean and appropriately furnished. Since we arrived in the low season, everything was very empty and private in our area, which we really liked. The campsite itself is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever experienced. A nice restaurant, a boat and bike rental are included and a great swimming pool with slides and play area. We had a great week and definitely want to come back. Great place to stay, very quick answers to questions, proactively getting tips for the stay. There is nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.

The house in the back of the garden is simply wonderful. Large living room,TV only in Dutch and English, if you absolutely need ,the bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with very comfortable beds and two small rooms of which one with bed is suitable for adults. Other rooms with floor bed more intended for children, but we did not need it. There are mosquito nets in every window, which is super important because a small stream flows right next to it. In addition, very large garden with plenty of space for any activities. Kitchen fully equipped, also with dishwasher and even tabs . Everything is also very nicely decorated and the owners pay a lot of attention to nature-friendly behavior ,which is also important to us. The car and bikes are right outside the door. And the best part is the location - no neighbors far and wide , tranquility and pure nature! Eifach perfect 🤩 Thanks again for everything 🤗

We had a wonderful getaway at Marja's place. She is a fantastic host and even brought a small welcome snack to welcome you. The accommodation is very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. We especially liked the fireplace. This allows you to warm up comfortably with a fire even at colder temperatures and enjoy the view of the garden or back out onto the field. The property is in the middle of the countryside in Marja's garden, so you really have your peace and quiet. Also the beach is easy to reach and a few minutes by car there are shopping facilities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We are absolutely thrilled and would love to come back for a few more days, because vacation is always over far too quickly. Especially in such a beautiful cottage, like Marja. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Fantastic Stay in a Cozy Beach Cottage.. After a long drive we were warmly welcomed. For the kids, there was a bag of chips and ranja ready, which they could really use after the trip. Very sweet! The cottage is very neat and nicely decorated, really a wonderful place. The beach is nearby and there are also many other beaches nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

The cottage is very charming and lovingly designed. It is a little behind the footpath and has a small courtyard where the sun shines in the morning. There are cozy and comfortable seating, indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped. Now in September, the holiday park has been very quiet if you also hear the cars of the federal roads during the day. In the evening and at night it was very quiet, we were able to sleep very well. It's very close to the beach, and we spent most of our time there. With Anouk and Patrick, the communication was very good, they governed all questions very quickly and kindly and also informed us well in advance.

This cozy chalet nestled in a family owned campground only minutes from the beach called ‘Ijmuiden aan Zee’ is a real gem! It has everything you need to create a home base & to unwind, get your steps in & swim in The North Sea. The hospitable hosts were able to help us with anything from directions to the nearby bikes paths in the dunes, to bike rentals, with a shop for an array of supplies.
