Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

A cozy apartment awaits you on an area of 25 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by us in 2022. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a small kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator and mini oven. The bathroom has also been renovated. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

Small, but very cozy detached house over 2 floors (about 90 sqm) in a quiet village location in the Wolfsburg OT Hattorf-2min from the A39. Under the week, by Mo-Do, the house is used as a kindergarten! RENTING ONLY TO FAMILIES !!!! Three bedrooms, open living, dining and cooking area, with fireplace and wardrobe. Private parking and/or short walk to the bus stop to the nearby city center of Wolfsburg (about 15min). Attention:Our internet is slow!

Cozy cottage for two people. Directly on the lake, with large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. House is part of a small tiny house holiday settlement (four houses). The other cottages can also be booked through Airbnb.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment has about 43 m². There are 2 rooms, a large (living room) and a slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), all rooms have easy-care laminate floors.

Sunny, quiet apartment with large balcony

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has a 18m ² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Brunswick. From here you can easily reach the Braunschweig city with theatre, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with phaeno and autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is free in front of the house.
