Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Venezia

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

I spent a weekend in this residence with my family from Friday to Sunday, but it deserves a longer stay. First of all, I must thank Marco for his hospitality, for his maximum availability and kindness. The place is fantastic and welcoming. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and quiet with various leisure possibilities. Great location to get to Venice and close to highway to other locations. If I have to enclose everything in a word, I would say excellent and highly recommended.

A beautiful house, so cozy and modern at the same time located in a beautiful location right next to the canal, gave us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culture, the hosts were always responsive and friendly and very helpful in giving recommendations and available any time if i had any questions, would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Irene’s place. Francesca welcomed us and was very helpful and contactable throughout our stay. The supermarket next door was very handy and well stocked. We were able to walk everywhere and were happy to be able to come home to such a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place in a quiet area within few minutes of shops and restaurants. The flat is private and clean, with good wifi connection. Plenty of space for 5-6 people. The host is responsive and very flexible. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location, everything you need and uncomplicated check-in. Vania & Vincento were very quick to respond to inquiries and were very friendly. Great connection to the airport, Venice and the other islands. Only small restriction - there was 2 days of construction in the neighboring apartment and the votes of the construction workers woke us up... But otherwise everything is great- thank you !

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Nicole is a absolute gem. Total sweetheart! She met us at check in and showed us how to use waterbus transportation, gave us directions to her fav restaurants nearby and suggestions on fun stuff to do in Venice. Her place is so clean and cute. She had espresso, water, orange juice and champagne for us! Location is super close to water transportation. She also gave us access to her bikes which we rode to pick up food twice. Super quiet and away from crowds. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was exactly as advertised. When we arrived even though it was late at night, it was straightforward to get into the building, and the apartment/house was lovely and warm and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels spotless, the shower and bathroom has lots of hot water. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is a small outdoor terrace, which I am sure will be lovely to sit out in the warmer months. Getting to cafes, bars, supermarket and vaporetto stops was convenient. I would recommend this lovely place.

Communication was great. Someone was there to walk us to the CB place and explain things. The location was great. Close to everything and at the same time away from the crowds.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location yet nice and quiet (this is in January). Great for two couples with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely view overlooking the canal from the kitchen and the large terrace.

The amenities were new and clean, had a great garden and our whole family really enjoyed the location

Giuliana's apartment matches the description and photos. Not only is it very clean but also offers all the comforts: microwave, mocha, kettle, etc. Giuliana was very kind and welcoming and also left some sweets for breakfast. If we go back to Treviso, we will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Fra's very much! The location is optimal for visitors who wish to explore Venice but be away from the tourist clutter. Fra's flat overlooks a gondola workshop which is quite interesting to observe from the balcony. The space is very intelligently set up with everything you need to feel at home. We look forward to coming back!

perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

Do not hesitate to stay in this wonderful palazzo. If you have a dream of visiting Venice and living as a privileged Venetian, then Ca’Zulian is perfect. You are close to everything but very quiet and private in this beautiful place overlooking the Grand Canal. The apartment is the second floor of the palazzo and has been furnished in a very personal way with lots of history and respect. Both Pietro and Caterina could not be nicer and were very helpful. We would definitely come back anytime. Please note that there is major work going on in the palazzo specifically in the entry floor, the floor below the apartment we rented and the stairwell but the work never bothered us once we were in the apartment and was not a problem for our coming and going. I have stayed in fancy hotels on the Lagoon and this is a much more special way to enjoy Venice.

Beautiful spot in the Rialto area of Venice. 10 mins walk to San Marco Square and most attractions. Plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Very centrally located. Apartment looked just as advertised and the view from the terrace was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s truly a unique and authentic Venetian experience. We felt like royalty living in a palazzo. Amazing views from the rooftop, comfortable and spacious. What a great experience!

Absolutely stunning apartment in a fabulous location. Monica and Alessandro were extremely helpful, especially with our late arrival and early departure! We definitely hope to return - this was the perfect place to stay! Comfy beds too…
