Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location in an old and beautiful place. The windows look out on a lovely canal and bridge view. Would easily stay here again.

Very kind welcome by Anna and her daughter with a drink and many tips for dinner and day trips. Breakfast was very extensive. I particularly liked the opportunity to prepare different egg variations. A compliment also goes to the friendly breakfast service. In the room, the air conditioning could be set well for the night operation. If we come back to this area, we would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 days with my husband and 18 month year old. We had such a wonderful time! It was in a great location. Very close to the airport. Fabrizio and Alla were very nice and helpful. I’m so glad we stayed here.

Worried on arrival with an already busy mobile. The welcome so very friendly offered us a better mobile home, and it was very classy on their part. Good news, the present of a shuttle to the center of Venice. very correct sum (€5 go and return) departure and return every hour. We recommend and will be back
