Holiday rentals with beach access in Verbania

My wife and I stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed it very much. The apartment has everything you need and is very nice and quietly located. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach and enjoy the water and the view. In addition, the private parking space on the premises is very convenient. Communication with Cristina was absolutely great and she helped us with many tips in the region and responded quickly/at short notice.

One-room apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a large balcony and beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Free parking on the premises of the residential complex. Stefano was always available for questions and always friendly and accommodating.

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

Beautiful apartment, very well-equipped with ample parking. We particularly liked the kitchen with everything you need to make good meals, as well as the 2 bathrooms for each large bedroom. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the peacefull sorroundings and close distance to the lake. The appartment and garden was nice, clean, and just is described. The host provided clear information and was responding quickly.

We had a lovely time at this place. The views are truly amazing. All within walking distance. Shop, playground, football field nearby, restaurants and especially the lake 1 minute away.. Pierangelo is very welcoming and friendly and the accommodation was very very clean and perfectly matched the photos. Thanks again!

Very nice stay with the family, the house is very clean, very nice decoration, well equipped, the view of the lake is beautiful, really magical and it's very quiet. Very good communication with Albert, tips for accessing the house and recommendations places and restaurants to discover. A problem on arrival and during the week with the small entrance gate which was capricious to open, after multiple tests. The pool is very clean and very large! Beautiful for swimming. Think about bathing cups, balls, snorkel masks not allowed. Min depth 1.50 meter) We had a lovely week discovering the treasures of the area, Ceresolo nearby (beware of the road if you go there on foot), Laveno Monbello where we ate very good ice cream at the Gelateria L 'imbarcadero, took the ferry boat to go to Intra and access the beautiful borrome islands from Stresa or the very pretty village of Cannobio, or Lake Orta. Staying with Marco was incredibly relaxing and beautiful. The view of the Lago despite bad weather was really great. The apartment was very clean and you had enough space. Patrizia welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment. ☀️👍👍👍

Leo was very proactive and flexible about check-in and check-out.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

We had a great stay. The aparment was pretty spacious, clean and had all the things we needed. Communication and check-in was super easy, the host was also very flexible with our requests and always answered instantly. The outside area is amazing too. Would definitely recommend. Luca was very helpful and approachable. We felt so relaxed with him and could ask anything. The apartment is as described. You do really need to have a car to be able to go places but having the Explora lake access is great for relaxing and water activities. As has been mentioned, the train is really not an issue in terms of noise.

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures, in real life even more beautiful. The contact with Marco worked great. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Fiorella’s home! Comfortable and cozy, matched the description. A very quick and easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as Lake Maggiore. Fiorella even provided a crib for our baby, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is very nicely located directly on the lake shore, but you can hear the busy road. It is superbly equipped and cozy. Lodana and Lele were great hosts, we felt very welcome.

Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Excellent stay, which I would particularly recommend. Renato is attentive, very friendly he presents the apartment very well and reassures you for any questions. Private parking is helpful. Perfectly located, access to the city is easy on foot as well as to the pier for the islands. Perfetto!!

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!

We had a very nice stay in Cerro in Andrea's apartment, from there we enjoyed a lot and were looking forward to the evening view of the lake every time. The apartment is located on the second floor within walking distance of Cerre, was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Our recommendation would be to provide a pan and a smaller cooking pot more as well as egg cups. The garbage separation or storage system did not open up to us immediately. Overall a great stay thank you so much
