It was very easy to find and had the most comfortable beds.

An oasis of tranquility by the sea. Something that doesn't seem possible, next to such a frequented place, as Paralia Katerini. But with Karin, it is. I could not believe how close we were to Katerini, and yet, it seems so isolated. Unbelievable! The public beach is just a few steps from Karin's private beach and yet, on Karin’s beach it is completely quiet, no one disturbs you, only the waves can be heard. You feel as if you have your own house, on the beach. Because Karin is so friendly and hospitable that you really feel at home. Karin has a cute bistro, where you can get refreshments while you sit on the beach. The place is so beautifully decorated and is so close to local restaurants that you don't want to go anywhere else. The house is very ingeniously built, very beautiful and clean. Wonderful hosts, dedicated and involved. They responded promptly, quickly and were very helpful to us. Thank you, Karin! 🙏

For our business trip was exactly what we needed!

Except for the initial little trouble getting there (the address you provided didn't show up in google maps), the heating of the air conditioning, and the fact that the bathroom was one big shower, the stay went well. A very courteous and communicative host. Great for a short stay.

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

Dimitros place was amazing and worth for the money paid, it was very clean and comfy, the host is very friendly, nice and respectful, the location also is amazing, its worth every penny.

The house is in a very nice location in the old village,the place is clean and impeccable and the communication with Stelios very good, I will definitely go again in the summer

Nice place conveniently located

We were a family with 3 generations in the Cozy Family House and loved it. Our 3-year-old granddaughter and our family dog Leo felt comfortable on the property and in the house from the start. Although our arrival time was extremely late, our hosts warmly welcomed us and surprised us with a filled fridge and freshly cooked traditional food. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of. The "wild" beach is a 5-minute walk. This beach section is little used, it goes flat into the water and is good for children. Unfortunately, it is not maintained, so there is garbage lying around. A little further on you will find a beach section with beach bars, there are sun loungers and parasols, the use is mostly free if drinks are ordered.
