Villa holiday rentals in Verucchio

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

I had the pleasure of staying, with a group of friends, in this large beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is in fact ideal for large groups and/or families; it offers ample spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The house is very welcoming and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the host's hospitality. We were greeted with great kindness and availability and immediately felt at home. The host was always available for any need or question. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet location and with exceptional hospitality.

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

We'd highly recommend this! The house is located nearby lovely authentic Italian villages but you still have all the privacy you need. With your car, you can reach shops and lots of restaurants within 10mins. At the house itself you have everything you need: all the equipment you need and an amazing view and pool. Roberta is the best, she helped us with planning our activities and is also very responsive. We would definitely come back here :)

There are no appropriate adjectives to describe our experience. The house is beautiful and unique. The cleanliness is impeccable. The place is lovely, fairytale. Exceptional hosts in everything. A spectacular villa with an added value of the property that has always been available.

Very kind and flexible host ! The house is big with many rooms, well equiped Garden was full of Flowers (springtime :-)) 5mn from see side 15mn from Misano World Circuit

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

Spacious and beautiful Villa with big yard and pool. 4 adults + 1&3 year olds fit perfectly. The kitchen is really spacious and functional. Messaging with Andreas was super fast and smooth, he booked us taxis on the day of departure, as well as rental cars for the entire trip waiting for us at the train station ready when we arrived! A rental car(s) are almost essential if you want to see listings an hour away. For wine lovers, a big recommendation to visit the Guerrier winery.

Nicoletta is a very helpful, kind and friendly person. She made us feel comfortable right away, even meeting us on check-in and check-out times. She also recommended great places to taste local delicacies. The house is in a panoramic location a short distance from Rimini. We enjoyed our stay in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by greenery.

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

Villa Formica is a very nice place if you want to visit Rimini, Riccione etc. We visited the ville in July 24 with a group of seven people and it was awesome. The communication with the host is super easy and you get the responses very quick. Check-in and check-out were very easy and flexible. We can definitely recommend that place.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

This was our second time visiting this beautiful farmhouse and once again we were not disappointed. The location is peaceful and private. The pool is amazing. The location is the perfect place to discover Tuscany and the local towns and villages. Pop down to the bakery in the nearby village at Chiassa Superiore and have pizza, possibly the best pizza in the world! Thank you for allowing us to stay again. Salvatore the caretaker lives further down the valley, such an amazing guy, he will show you around and provide whatever help you need; he speaks no English, but we desperately wanted to bring him home with us! Please be kind to him, he will look after you. Don't hesitate to stay at this villa, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Beautiful place , beautiful home, and amazing neighborhood . Great place to relax. We felt like we were in paradise. We were awakened by the silence...and we fell asleep to the sound of dirt horses. The house is very clean , beautiful pool , pizza oven and many other amenities. It was so nice for Michela to greet us with wine and homemade cake. We'll be back.
