Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

This was a beautiful stay for my group. The scenery was so serene and the backyard was very big so there was lots to do even if we just stayed in the house. I would recommend bringing a car because town areas were fairly far away. Everything in the house was very clean and had all of the amenities described.

This was a great place to spend quiet time with family. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Well maintained and thoroughly clean. We were three couples and each had a bedroom and bathroom on separates floors of the house. There is also plenty of gathering spaces on the main floor both inside and outside. There is a wonderful, fully furnished fire pit including fire starters and campfire blankets. And the wonderful kitchen was spacious, easily accommodating multiple people to prepare meals. A+ to the owners and cleaners.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in Binghamton and this was by far the best of all. Peaceful quiet neighborhood with only a couple neighbors. In the morning you get to enjoy the beautiful sounds of the woodpeckers and nature. The house is adorned with high end furnishings, the coziest blankets and linens, and all the appliances/extras one would need. Our boys especially loved the family board games. Salamon and Shadae are super responsive for any question or need. Highly recommend!

Our first trip to Greek Peak for our son's 10th bday snowboarding trip. Kelly's home was perfect for our family of 3, was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day weekend stay! Our son enjoyed hanging out in the loft and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The view of the slopes was a nice bonus hanging out in the evening when its lit up for night riding. We enjoyed the house and will definitely be staying in the future! Thanks again!!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

We stayed at this property when coming to the area to ski at Elk Mountain. It was a great location for that and it was super clean and well taken care of. Everything, including the beds, were comfortable. We would stay again when in the area; highly recommend.

Great place close to Greek Peak resort which is where my kids wanted to go for activities. We stayed here with my daughter in law and her family and had more than enough space. Great space to sit and visit and play some fun games which Vickie had plenty of!

The pictures do not do this place any justice! My husband and I had such a wonderful time. It is perfect for so many occasions, whether you’re looking for a little family trip or a romantic getaway. The beauty from the pond to the high Mountain views is unmatched. The place was stocked with so many things, it felt right at home. Unfortunately, the weather was raining and windy for most of our trip or else I would’ve loved to also use the firepit. We are already thinking of booking this place again and this time, for longer! Serene, blissful, and homely.

Randi was responsive and so helpful as we booked our weekend stay to visit our son. The home was so convenient - just a few mins away from campus and also from downtown. Its nicely furnished, clean and really comfortable. we normally stay in a hotel but Randi’s home was so much better! You can’t go wrong with this home - We are planning a return visit!

The place was just as described. Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Inviting enclosed front porch and a small sitting area in the back. We had an issue with the heating and Joy replied to my message within 10 min and had someone over to look at it within the hour. Despite the inconvenience, we felt right at home. We’ll be back!

I visited with bunch of my friends and it was the most amazing place. The entire property is well maintained and clean. You experience the tranquil environment and its soo peaceful place to relax. Thank you casey for hosting us.

We loved our girls trip. The home was clean, safe, and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. There were many thoughtful touches around the house such as the welcome music, wine, plastic glasses and towels for the hot tub, plenty of extra bath towels, and more!

Highly recommend staying at the chapel! Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. Ample tabletop space and hooks/hangers were very convenient. Full size fridge is updated in the kitchen. Checkout process was very easy!! Kind and responsive host Alexa. I feel that living plants are rare to find in rentals and the inclusion of them here made the space extra homey! For any high-ceiling place, my general tip is to have warm layers available.

We had to make a last-minute trip to Ithaca with the family. Melissa confirmed quickly and was available for any questions we had. The place is nicely situated on the lake, and very relaxing and peaceful with nice water views. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Rita's home is a cozy little home in a beautiful area that's perfect for a long or short stay! It's an a nice, safe area, and Rita is such a friendly and welcoming host and is also very quick to respond to any questions or messages. I cannot say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Denise is an exceptional Host - we love the house, it's comfortable and has everything we need. This is the 9th time we've stayed here and been happy every time. It feels like home to us. Denise is responsive and friendly, she adds little touches and details that make it a super experience. Will stay here whenever we're in the area!

My family and I Loved your house and completely enjoyed the outside of the property. My family went for walks on the paths by the creek played basketball went skate broading my young great niece had a big time drawing with the outrside chalk. We were surround by deer everyday. this property is VERY FAMILY ORIENTED!!! Jessica replied to my questions in a very timely manner. My family and I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this dog-friendly and family-friendly Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was easy to get to and situated in a lovely area. One of the highlights was the beautiful, large backyard—perfect for walking our dog and enjoying some outdoor time. Communication with the host was excellent, making the entire experience seamless. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Calli's house was PERFECT! Very clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!!

What a lovely, peaceful place with plenty of character and coziness. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and there are amenities not listed/shown (a couch and TV, e.g.). It snowed during our visit, and Lucinda helped us get our non-4WD car parked and cleared. Truly above and beyond!

Rich was so helpful making sure the place was ready for us to host our daughter’s graduation celebration from Cornell. The house had everything we needed, the property is beautiful and the bird watching is top notch!
