The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Great villa, nice view, very close to cycling area. The place fully matches the house description. Responsive and efficient service from La Conciergerie answering quickly all our requests and helping with local advises.

Listing as described and very clean. Welcoming, responsive host,and who gave us good advice on things to do in the area that offers opportunities either to the lake or to the mountains. House with garden in a quiet area. Very pleasant stay of 3 nights. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a lovely stay at Denise's. The host is accommodating and responsive. The accommodation is well located for visiting Lac du Bourget (10-40 min drive maximum)

We had a lovely time with the family, spacious, well-equipped and clean accommodation (bedding is also very good, everything is available). We were even surprised by the rendering of the listing (even better than in the photos). ski resort , toboggan run, outdoor ice rink nearby We are delighted with our weekend at Isabelle's.

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

It's been the 2nd year that we have come to this spacious, welcoming and well "to our liking" house, with its library, musical instruments, foosball and large garden (which helped us withstand the prolonged heatwave). Yann is a generous and thoughtful host. We enjoyed the quality of the contact and the few moments of pleasant and interesting conversations. House and garden are very well equipped, nothing is missing - except maybe 2, 3 m² in the bathroom, when there are a few of us, but it did not present any inconvenience. The region offers a wide variety of walks, excursions, hikes, visits - not to mention swimming in this beautiful Lac du Bourget. Forgetting the rather painful hours due to the weather, we stayed there, with our children and with our little girl a great stay. Chantal and Volker

A few very pleasant days in Dominique and Jean-Michel's chalet for the new year with ski resorts and beautiful hikes nearby. If we look for something in the chalet, we end up finding it, there are all the necessary amenities. Thank you for hosting us on site ☺️

We had a great time at Sandrine's place. The house is very well located, close to the city center of Annecy on foot along a pleasant path along a watercourse (about 15min walk) and very well placed to get out of the city directly to the ski resorts. Sandrine and Didier were very welcoming and available. The parking space inside the house is a real plus and the house has everything you need to feel at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday:)

Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

Fabulous home and gorgeous garden. my family felt right at home surrounded by all the artwork and we really enjoyed how spacious the house and garden were allowing out large group to enjoy time together and separately. lake is very close, as is the gorgeous little town centre. Local shops are easy to reach but expensive. The main supermarkets are a not particularly close so car hire or supermarket delivery or similar if you are concerned with budget. Would definitely recommend the location for keep hikers, swimmers or cyclists!!

Our stay went very well, everything was fine and Jérôme was available and accommodating for the questions we had. The amenities of the house are very adapted and complete for family gatherings (fireplace, home theater, functional kitchen, jacuzzi etc.). Overall, a very nice living room with room for everyone to relax and share good meals. We made us feel at home!

Great place in an amazing location. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos and very new. The location is great to visit both lakes, a quick drive to supermarket and other shops and mostly it's extremely quiet and peaceful. It is an absolute pleasure to wake up there.

We had a great week at Nicole and Michel's house. We received a very good welcome and the house was nice. We were 2 adults and 1 3 year old child and the house was very functional, pleasant to live in and very well-equipped. There were also many games and children's books… to our son's delight! The house is very well located, in a quiet area and very well connected by public transport (7 min walk from line 2 which takes you to Annecy center in 18 min with a frequency of 20 min) We highly recommend this house for both its functionality and its guests.
