Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

Very nice apartment in a quiet area of Auckland. Mia and Sam were great hosts and always helped with all our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect and the apartment had everything we looked for: it was perfectly clean and spacious, had a balcony with a nice view, a well equipped kitchen, a large TV and it was close enough to restaurants, shops etc. We would highly recommend this place also for a longer stay. 5 stars!

Review on room 608 Thank you Mel for your Airbnb. What an amazing place to stay. Place was immaculate when we checked in, everything we required was inside. Did not need to go out & buy essentials because everything was provided. The room was so homely & the room size was just perfect. The location was practically central to everything not too far from family & not far from the city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there & will hopefully book again in the future with Mel. Mel is lovely! Very welcoming and helpful with all the information she shared really made our stay easier. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy Auckland at its fullest.

Great location, beautifully set apartment building right next to the water, makes for beautiful day/ night walks. Lime scooters right outside make for a fun way to explore the area. Loads of restaurants nearby in commercial bay/viaduct area, plus short drive from city. Mel an absolute pleasure to deal with, gave early check in & quick to solve any issues.

Cute, clean apartment in the middle of CBD Auckland. Walking distance to anything you'd need, including bus station, ferry portal, restaurants, etc. Apartment was squeaky clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed over our 3 night stay. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the middle of it all!

Great apartment in a really central location.

Lum was an amazing host and was quick to respond. Lum had clear directions and photos to help find where to go and what to do. Everything was clean and tidy. Great spot to stay and close to cafes and restaurants, just a block away from the Main Street. Would definitely use again.

The accommodation was great with everything we needed and Heidi was super helpful. The outside are was an added bonus and perfect to have! Highly recommend and a great host.

We had a really pleasant stay with Philip & Fiona. The place is neat and tidy, really quiet and we loved the location close to the park and in walking distance to the city center. The fitness and sauna is also a plus. They were super friendly hosts and we can totally recommend it. We stayed for 4 days.

Robert was welcoming and helpful for our stay in his nice flat which was great for a city trip and in a fab location to explore the city. Loved access to the gym and pool too!

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

The view, the view, the view. We could have spent our whole time sitting on the patio looking at the view. Very centrally located and easily walkable to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. Beds are on the firmer side. Nice to have a bathtub and the extra space (more than what you would get in a hotel). Would definitely stay again.

I selected this apartment because of it’s location and because it has a gym. If you’re an athlete, the best part of the gym is the weight machine and the fact that it’s hardly used by anyone before 8:30am.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Phenomenal home. Best place to stay on the North shore! Pool is amazing, home is incredibly spacious and comfortable.

Lovely home. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all needed amenities for kitchen and bathroom. When we asked for an out of turn iron and ironing board, they provided it graciously. Clean and Well maintained home. Would return back any day!

Lovely well appointed accommodation with all the comforts of home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Walking distance to New World and a lovely Japanese ramen restaurant right next door. Great communication.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood and the backyard opens up to amazing views of the wilderness. House was very clean with modern amenities. Host was very friendly, responsive and flexible. We had a great time at this Airbnb and will stay here again in future.
