Stunning barn conversion on Chemin de Compostelle

Contempory open plan barn conversion in the idylic Gers countryside. Peaceful with scenic views all around. Large covered terrace with table for outside dining, and comfortable seating area for reading or having an evening apero. Overlooking the salt water swimming pool, with sun loungers and umbrellas. The beautiful village of Lectoure is only 10mins drive away, with all its commerce, restaurants, bars and a weekly market. There is also a large supermarket only 8 minutes drive away.

Charming little holiday home within walking distance for all amenities, our favourite being the local boulangerie for your morning croissant! In the spring/summer this town comes alive with incredible festivals and bustling night markets. In the winter take the time to breathe in the history of the area, sip coffee on the local terraces, visit the local vineyards and enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding rolling countryside. The area is famous for armangac, D'Artagnan and foie gras.

Located in the countryside in Nerac (between Toulouse and Bordeaux near Agen) Quiet unobstructed view but close to everything. All types of shops (Intermarché, Aldi, boulangeries, boucheries...) 5 min to the center of Nerac. This farmhouse is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good times with family and friends with: Boulodrome, Billiards, foosball, movie room, swimming pool, 9 bedrooms with shower room included, 6 independent. The farmhouse and barn have been completely refurbished.

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family. The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday. A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining. Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. This country house near Barbotan les Thermes is ideal for spa guests, large families but also for people with mental disabilities, located in a quiet village 10 km from Barbotan, 25 km from Mont de Marsan and 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit. I want to clarify that this is a country house, you will surely meet a deer, hares, birds and insects etc.
