Sunny house from the 18th century newly renovated with large garden on the outskirts of Arogno. Arogno is south-facing, shielded from noise from motorway and train traffic by a hill train and yet is close to it and 10-minute drive from the lake and train station. The house is particularly suitable for relaxation in the countryside, starting point for hiking or cultural and bathing holidays in Ticino. On the lake, it has countless swimming spots. In Rovio a waterfall with a swimming pool.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
