There was a delicious Korean restaurant nearby, so it was very nice!

Stayed here for the airshow and was exactly as described and fit for purpose for a good price

We had a great stay at John’s place and will stay again! Lovely and clean. Nice and quiet at night. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to walk to. Gorgeous park nearby.

The apartment was extremely clean with good access to all local sights and transport. Gockan was a great communicator and even granted us a late check out at 2pm due to an international flight we had. We greatly appreciated it.

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Beautiful apartment. Lovely decor. Lots of light and a very nice balcony. We really loved it. We were going to the tennis centre everyday and it was in walking distance. Only improvements would be clearer insert

I had a great time staying at Grace's place. Great location, close to the city but yet with the right amount of distance to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment was in pristine condition, well looked after and comfortable, with an amazing view you can relax to for hours. Just as described with all the amenities you need for a getaway. Highly recommended, would book again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place was absolutely perfect, made even better by a host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

it's was good location and place was nice. Although door was bit heavy and unfortunately my partner toe got hit by it which made it swell for the holiday. The rest was good though.

Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

I had an event in the convention centre while I was there which made the location incredibly convenient. Simon was very welcoming and helpful with a fantastic cafe recommendation. Would absolutely stay again.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

We had a fantastic stay here. Lovely quiet location and very easy to find and get in. Natalie was amazing and very responsive. The space was perfect for our group of four single adults - three good sized bedrooms and sofa beds in the living area. The weather was beautiful so we spent a lovely afternoon by the pool followed by a bbq. We definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again if we return to Canberra

Fantastic place and very modern, clean and beautifully furnished. We found it very convenient and close to amenities. Was a little harder on our older guests given the 3 floors but otherwise perfect!

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!

We all had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we could think of and more. The house was tidy and clean upon arrival and the host walked us through the property which made it super easy to know how to use everything. Each room had its own private ensuite, air conditioner and TV which allowed us some quiet space in the large group. The house is located next to a park with large open area which was fabulous for the kids. It’s a short drive into town, the outlets and beach which made for a perfect holiday hub. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning.
