Modern cottage, calm area with good bus connection

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center! Here you have all the amenities and functions! The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

The Unique Lake Tree House

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Enjoy the lovely nature all around from the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the seaside. Take a ride with the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the ocean bath, cozy summer cafe, or farm shop nearby during the summertime. In winter there are dog sledding not far from the house. Adorable guest house by the sea

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Here you can stay all year round in a charming cottage with a lake view. In the quiet neighborhood there are swimming and fishing possibilities. Lanthandel and unmanned gas station just 5 km away Wood fired sauna, rowing boat, pedal boat and canoe to hire, please book in advance. For those who like downhill skiing, both Kanisbacken and Kåbdalis ski lifts are within an hour's reach. Storforsen, Europe's largest unbound rapids, is a well-attended nature reserve nearby - as mighty and beautiful summer as winter.
