We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

Andre’s place was a gem to find and we felt comfortable and at home our entire stay. The view of the ocean was a huge plus and it was not disappointing at all. The building is quiet and the unit is on the corner to provide extra privacy. The only noises I heard were from the street or the trash collection. The couch was very comfortable for me and we enjoyed playing cards at the dining room table. My husband enjoys cooking on vacation and we found all we needed for making meals. The bed was also comfortable and I felt rested after sleeping. The restaurants and grocery stores that are close by were an added bonus. I enjoyed Pinky’s and Burrito Social a lot. We took Ubers to Isla Verde and Old San Juan without much trouble. For the beach, there is access at the end of the street, and you can walk a short way down the beach to the more populated areas of the beach. I highly recommend Andre’s place!

This condo is very comfortable and perfect for a couples/friends trip! The space is very private with the balcony, and the fenced in pool out back. The 24/7 doorman also made us feel very safe and accommodated!

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

Could not begin to describe how grateful I am to have had Milly as a host - my flight was delayed 10 hours (330 pm arrival time pushed back to 130 am) and while waiting there was an island wide power outrage. I was also traveling alone so it made me nervous. Milly was super responsive and flexible, and went and hooked the apt up to the generator for me for a smooth arrival after a very long day. SUCH a welcoming host. Aside from that, the views are unbeatable, 2 minute walk to the beach, many restaurants in walking distance, very comfy apartment. Made the hurdles worth it. I loved staying here and would absolutely stay again.

Came for a solo birthday trip and this place was perfect. It was near everything and super clean. Host was super responsive. Bed was comfy and A/c cooled the space quickly. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. I’d stay here again. Anytime.

Pedro's place was super clean and spacious! It was very renovated and within Ubering distance of Old San Juan. It was close to Avenue Miramar, which had streets of restaurants and a nearby supermarket! He was also very responsive when we had any questions that came up during our stay. There are a few things to keep in mind though, such as the high noise level because it is located next to the highway and the thin walls, which allow you to hear the neighbors' TVs. Another thing is that there is no first aid kit in the apartment, so do bring your own when traveling, and there is no hot water in the bathroom sink. Other than those points to remember and be prepared for, it was overall a fantastic stay!

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

Osvaldo was very informative and communicative prior and during the trip. Instructions to enter the building were clear and the place was exactly as described and pictured.

Pleasant stay & everything is near within 5 min walk: Food, supermarket & beach. I can recommend the appartment.

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

Best location, secure and safe property. Easy check-in. Awesome host.

close to beach, kind and responsive host

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Pat’s place was what we needed for a 3 night stay. It was easily located in condado and there are a couple of restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself boasted a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anytime I had a question With was quick to respond. The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night of sleep. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and the pools. Hopefully we can enjoy the lazy river the next time we come back. The unit is very secure within a gated community, but the neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked to a delicious dinner at a restaurant just down the road. We also attended a church service in the neighborhood and felt very welcomed. My only suggestion might be to beef up the kitchen equipment offerings a bit (maybe include some bar/casserole type dishes like a 9x13 pan, a few more plates, bowls and glasses given the unit accommodates 7 people, and dish soap and a kitchen towel for drying dishes) but we survived with what was provided. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.
