Catherine was such a helpful and kind host. We booked at short notice then asked to add 2 more guests and she immediately put two extra beds in the property for us. It was in an atypical, colorful and lively house that Melanie welcomed us. We are in the original spirit of Airbnb namely, to spend a stay in a house where Mélanine and his family live! 😊 We donated our awakenings with their cat in a place decorated with plants. The house is located in the center of the village, the place is peaceful and easy to reach.

Sophie’s house is on a historic street with many other ancient but well-maintained homes. It is in the centre of Chinon, walkable to everything in the centre-ville. Parking was a few blocks away but free, and we were able to drive to the door of the house to drop off and pick up our luggage. It has all you need - the kitchen is very well kitted out, the whole house was spotless, and Sophie left us a starter kit of milk, butter, eggs, juice, fruit and wine - very kind. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to the bedrooms/bathrooms (2 sets on different floors), and tall folks will have to watch out on one step, but overall, we were very comfortable there. It was chilly and damp during our stay, but the house was very cosy. Sophie met us at the house to give us a tour, and was there to say goodbye. Very handy to have both a washer and dryer. We were invited to feed the local street kitty, who appeared twice a day to ask for her food. Chinon is a great base to tour many Loire chateaux.

David is a man of great kindness, always listening to you helps you. It's very endearing. The quality of his apartment is superb, clean. It has everything you need. I'll be back at his place next time. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you David

Tatiana is responsive in communication, and her desire for her guests to be satisfied is perceptible through the exchanges. The apartment is even prettier than pictured. it is located a few minutes' walk from the city center and everything is available so you won't be lacking in anything. I would recommend it 100%

Beautiful spacious and well equipped house. In a quiet road a short walk from the centre of Chinon and all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again.

Listing as described. The accommodation is impeccable and allows you to reach the city center of Poitiers on foot. All amenities are present. We had a lovely stay with the family ( Poitiers and Futuroscope). Only one downside but the host is not responsible for it: the work prevented parking to load or unload the vehicle. Samuel had given us good advice on possible parking nearby.

It is a very nice house with a lovely garden on a quiet street. A nice kitchen, a large living room, where we hardly sat . The bedroom upstairs is accessible via a somewhat steep staircase masr. The house was sparkling clean. Anna-Lise is a great host, nice and she responds quickly. The house is located near downtown Chauvigny. Beautiful and interesting area as well.

Guillaume's place is one of the best airbnb we've tested. Let's start with the accommodation which is very well located, in the historic center of Poitiers, several free or very inexpensive car parks are nearby. You can go to the market, the bakery, visit the pretty historic center on foot. The accommodation is spacious. There were 14 of us and we were comfortable. Special mention for the decoration, very harmonious, original and tasteful. The listing is as well or better equipped as a main home. Our host Guillaume is very friendly, very responsive, accommodating and very good advice. We feel that here, guests are welcomed with the utmost care, everything is designed to make sure they have the best of stays. We highly recommend the accommodation for family reunions also for stays for 2 since the rooms are all independent and very well equipped. A 5 home✨️ without hesitating!!

We had a lovely family stay in Jacques' house. We were 7 adults and 6 children and each was able to find their space in this vast residence. Foosball has been put to the test for wild parties. We took advantage of our stay to visit Saumur and enjoy fools in an excellent cave restaurant. We recommend this place to stay for families or groups of friends.

we had a great stay in this typical and warmly decorated house. we enjoyed the stay and its library where everyone could draw a good book, we enjoyed the gastronomic living of the region and the richness of its historical heritage.

Clean apartment is in great condition, well located allowing you to enjoy all the advantages of the heart of the city center without suffering the inconveniences. I would recommend it!

We had a great time in this very beautiful and peaceful home. Lots of activities on site, between the swimming pool, games room and outdoor activities. There were 10 of us, and everyone had a lot of space. The house is very tastefully furnished and the rooms are superb
