From the peaceful location and tranquil sound of the ocean's waves to the well appointed kitchen and the comfy cozy furniture and beds, Joanie's place was a perfect place to stay while visiting Melbourne Florida for our son's college graduation. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

The property was wonderful for our stay with our large family. It was fully stocked with every possible household item you could think of, plus really cutsie bonuses like a great coffee station with a clean keurig and good coffee options, and they had popcorn and cute popcorn 🍿 buckets. While we waited on our pizza delivery the first night it came in clutch with the kids, lastly they had everything you could think to bring to the beach..kids toys shovels buckets chairs etc that was above and beyond thoughtful especially since we came from a snow state ..we did not pack any of that, it was an awesome gesture. 10/10 would recommend 👌 10/10 would book again! We loved our stay at Sondra’s house! The house matches the pictures plus we were amazed at how well stocked it is. Box fans for each of the rooms, extra blankets, spices for the kitchen, laundry detergent, coolers, sunscreen, etc. The outside is beautiful and we spent a lot of time by the pool as well as the fire pit. Sondra gave us details on the upcoming rocket launches and it was really incredible to watch them from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here! We hope to come back!

This was a perfect place to stay prior to going on a cruise. Close to the port and spacious enough for the 6 of us. The place was very clean!

Diana’s place is in a beautiful location, between the river and the beach. The accommodations are extremely clean, attractive and well cared for. This is truly a great place to stay!

This house is amazing, one of the best we have stayed in, very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, the kitchen has everything you need. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach Krysty is a very responsive host. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

Michael and Phoenix are wonderful host’s. Their home is beautiful, clean and welcoming you feel right at home. The views are incredible. The house was very stocked beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Our family had an amazing time. There were 13 of us, over the holiday we had plenty of room, it is very spacious. The hot tub was an extra nice thing especially since it was too cold to go in the water at the beach. There are many extras. We made wonderful memories and you will too!!
