Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. On Gut Scheidt, we rent a magnificent studio house with great views of the horse meadows and fruit meadows. They live in a bright quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gut Scheidt is in the green triangle Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It is less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf-Zentrum is about 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

Two cozy and air-conditioned country-style bedrooms (additional air-conditioned room with sofa bed and small guest kitchen) and spacious bathroom for 1-6 people with parking and Wi-Fi are located in a quiet new development. To the city center only 1500 meters, train station 1600 meters, to the highway entrance 3 minutes. Dogs are welcome guests, in about 100 meters the green train starts with beautiful walks. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

In the 85 m² holiday home, which is infinitely accessible, there is a bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) on the ground floor, the spacious bathroom with bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a winter garden. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a bed (90cm x 200cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and meadow.

Paradise on the Maas. Beautiful cottage directly on the river Meuse with lots of privacy and an atmospheric garden. Wonderful to relax, swim, fish, sail or to just enjoy all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Meuse and all the comforts.
