Fantastic location for exploring a new city. The host gave us excellent suggestions for dining and activities. She was very kind, and had excellent communication.

Everything is good except for the sound of construction in the morning.

The villa is wonderful, it has a steam room. If the weather isn’t great, you can still enjoy the steam room and take a swim in the pool. Everything looks very nice, there’s plenty of space, and we were very satisfied. The host was extremely helpful — she solved any issues we had almost immediately. Whenever we needed something, we reached out to her, and she took care of it within 10–20 minutes.

I was looking for a place to stay for my mother's 70th birthday, and I chose this place because the price was good ~! When I stayed in person, it was so great for the price. The host Chloe responded quickly, was friendly, and prepared a cake, so I was able to have a good birthday party. The area around the accommodation was quiet, the condition was clean, it was relatively new, and the bed was comfortable. The pool depth was 120, so it was good for children to play, and the children said they wanted to live in this house. The washer and dryer were used, so you didn't have to carry a lot of clothes on purpose. I ordered banh mi in the morning and delivered pizza at night with Grab, but it worked well. I took a walk on the beach in the morning, but the waves were strong, so it didn't seem to bathe.I saw two small grocery stores nearby, and there was a local coffee shop, so I bought coffee.I tried breakfast on the last day, and the two of you came and made it yourself, but the rice noodles were large and delicious. The omelette sandwich was also well eaten by the child. My husband was so delicious. However, the bbq was delicious, but it may not be suitable for children who don't eat vegetables and seafood. My mother also didn't eat much because it didn't fit my mouth. 500,000 dong per person is a bit of a pity compared to the price.The location seems to be about 15 minutes by car from the old town, and it took about 10 minutes to get to the basket boat ride. It was a large family, so the host called for a car to move around, so I moved comfortably.Mango wanted to eat, so Chloé bought it for me. This is the accommodation I want to use again the next time I go to Hoi An. I recommend it as an accommodation for a large family.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurora Point. The view from the bedroom and terrace of the luscious private garden and the sea is beautiful. We spent many hours on the private beach (shared with Binh's other rented accommodation) enjoying the sun and relaxing. You can order groceries via Binh, which come the next morning with breakfast. This was a great facility as the local shop 5 mins walk away did not provide any fresh food. Binh provided us with so many helpful recommendations including a snorkeling trip which was a fantastic afternoon out. Last but not least, Binh's dogs (mum Meme and her puppies) were a highlight of our stay!

We had four wonderful days at the Snug. It was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Sitting on the porch watching life in the street below was so enjoyable. We loved eating at neighbourhood places - Hanoi - food heaven. Lyn was so kind and helpful when my brother-in-law’s plane was delayed. I’d say this is the best place to stay in Hanoi!

This place at was genuinely amazing. The rooms were spacious, and it is located in a quite street. One thing that really stood out to us was the separate entertainment area for all guest — such a thoughtful feature that you don’t see often in entire house at Da Nang But what made the experience truly memorable was the care and kindness from the host. A huge thank you to Ms. Nguyen for looking after us so well during our stay. You were incredible, and you made this place feel extra special. We’re really grateful!

I enjoyed my time staying here and was part of some extremely engaging conversations throughout my stay.

The room is clean, tidy, decent. There is a kitchen, cups, dishes, fridge, with a private toilet, just like a small house. The light system is pleasant. A/C, water heater works well. The location of the television if placed opposite the bed will be better, or attach the legs to rotate. There are car rentals but old cars, still run. She manages the check-in friendly, recommend the prestigious, helpful island tour. About 4km from the center but quite close to the sea. The price was also very competitive. In short, the 4 days and 3 nights experience is very good.

Clean space. Was short of towels and host replied almost immediately to offer prompt assistance. Definitely recommended!

My staff enjoyed the stay in Truc's place. Truc's was very responsive to my enquiries and she had been a great host.

Spent almost a week here, location is great, not too far from the beach. The house also close to local shops and stores. Yen- the host is very kind and responsive, she always ask if there is anything she may help.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Really spacious place in a calm and peaceful spot. Feels really safe and our kids would cycle around and play outside. The pool and gym are nearby and lovely and they give you a discount to pay to use them. Nguyen was really helpful and we really enjoyed our time here.

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil, serene homestay. The hosts were wonderful, so responsive with every request. The space was divine, so clean and stunning interiors. When I arrived I felt like I had entered a eucalyptus forest. From the shower and hand soaps to the pristine bedding and pillows.. even the fan and air conditioning unit were quiet. The area, the beach, the restaurants, Mr Hoas food, the cosy corner for breakfast. I loved every second of my stay and will return as soon as travel again to Vietnam. Thank you so much for creating what can only be described as “heaven”

Great place very close to the beach, many places around. The city is also close. It was very clean and a big plus for the mineral water to drink.

Very cute space outside of the tourist bustle. It is beautifully decorated and has a rustic charm. First bedroom has 1 queen bed while the other bedroom has a queen bed and connected private bathroom as well as a loft with ladder to another queen bed that extends over bedroom 1. There is a second private bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, and washer next to the kitchen. The area was quiet at night though the interior walls/ceiling between bedrooms is rather thin if you're needing good soundproofing between the 2 bedrooms. It was not a problem for us. Old Town is about a 10 minute walk and grab taxi is easily available at the home. The owner is very kind and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.
