Very close to several coves and the beaches of Patos, Panxón and Playa América. It is 15 km from Vigo and 11 from Baiona. 550 m. plot in a very quiet street that leads to a cove and in the other direction a mountain with magnificent views and cliffs. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the environment or sightsee in the area. Prepared for long stays.

Enjoy a quiet vacation in the best area of Portonovo, in the Parque del Espiñeiro and a few meters from Baltar beach. The main advantage of this house is its large terrace ( 50 meters) and the location, in a quiet area, without hills and in the heart of downtown, with all basic services (supermarket, bank, grocery plaza, market, pharmacy, health center...). It has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, elevator and garage space. Fully equipped.
