Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Allende

Hi, I'm Bernadette from Mendoza. The place is well located in the Cerro area, an area with a lot of traffic. I went with two small children, two and four years old, it's very quiet for a good rest. The apartment is just as you can see in the images, clean, comfortable and with good heating. Nearby you have squares, cafes, restaurants, laundries and supermarkets. Luciano was a great one, always quick to respond to every concern. I would definitely recommend it 100%

Natalia's place was excellent. Very nice, private and extremely clean. Also, the times were super flexible which made our stay even more comfortable. Natalia was always on the lookout and gave us information on places to visit and eat. Everything was perfect. 100% recommend!

The Apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. Noelia was very nice, brought us a coffee pot. Very clean Apartment, big fan for the bedroom. we'll equipped kitchen. AC in living room. comfortable couch. Unfortunately the power kept going off for 2 hours at a time, not Noelia fault.

María Fernanda is a world-class host. Always predisposed and making themselves available if there were any problems, that there were none. It is very important for those who are sometimes travelers, to have the characteristics of it. 100% recommended.

The house is very comfortable and with good distribution. The pool,garden and gallery with a barbecue is something to note. We felt right at home, I had all the elements to spend a few days with the family. The neighborhood is very quiet and there was a supermarket close by. Elisa was very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend this house and come back. We enjoyed some beautiful days in Córdoba!

If they're looking to be like they're away from town and at the same time they're in town it's the place. Thanks to that beautiful extensive park with big trees there is freshness and tranquility. Also the house is equipped house and the host adapts to your needs. I recommend it!

Analia’s place is terrific. It’s spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. The house is old, and some light maintenance could be made, but my family was happy with our stay.

The house is definitely bigger and nicer than what you see in the photos, it is a house with ideal spaces to have privacy and also to live in a group , it is very comfortable and pleasant, it feels like home , we were 4 and we had a great time If you have a car it is perfect, because it is on an easily accessible and well-connected road Lili and Leo were super friendly and friendly, they were always attentive and were very accessible

Beautiful house, very comfortable, ewupada for spending several days, you can cook. Lavarropas y garage para mi q I travel for several days is a plus. I will keep this in mind when I come back to Córdoba.

Great Host Gerardo. Great empathy and intelligence to adapt or fix situations. The space is spacious, comfortable and well developed. Spacious beds, great mattresses. Perfect strong and hot shower with good regulation. Full kitchen, spacious dining room, all well lit. Hot hot air conditioning, good quality and operation, we only use one and in heat. The apartment is very secluded. It didn't take long. Wide parking space, (for medium SUV) comfortable and safe. The prices of accommodations in Cordoba, in general, seemed expensive to me compared to other Argentine cities, in the case of Gerardo's Department, the value for money was fair and adequate. Very happy, I would love to be able to come back soon soon.

Very nice apartment if you are heading to Cordoba it is a very nice neck of the woods.
