Simple but fully stocked house. It consists of: three bedrooms, two double bedrooms one with two single beds, one with a bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Located on the headland in the protected marine air; a few meters away is a staircase that leads to the sea. Full of backdrops for snorkeling lovers. A quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of travel. A place to relax forgetting everyday stress. The house is open to the sun, the wind and the voice of the sea.

The independent and autonomous house is just 300 meters from the sea. Situated in a hilly position overlooks a breathtaking view of the sea from both the room and the large terrace. It is in a strategic position and allows you to reach all the necessary distances on foot: supermarket, bar, pastry shop, beach, pharmacy, train station. The rooms are equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels. You can park in front of the house without any problem.

Solution on the ground floor, about 45 square meters, inserted inside the structure "La Meridiana" which consists of a villa consisting of four apartments, with courtyard and fenced parking space. The villa, with 4 beds, consists of a living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, front and back terrace, fenced parking space. It is about 200 meters from the sea (2/3 minutes walk), very central location and well served.
