The apartment itself is in a fantastic location right in the city center, making it super convenient for exploring. It’s beautifully decorated with a unique and tasteful style, and the kitchen is absolutely amazing—perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The place is fully equipped with everything you could need, from a great TV area to Bluetooth speakers and top-notch bathroom hardware. One of the biggest highlights was the private garage—an absolute lifesaver that saved us a lot of hassle while traveling around the region. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting! Would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this unusual little house. The terrace is nice to have coffee in the sun (we hadn't seen it in the photos so it was a nice surprise). If we have to come back to the area we will take over the same accommodation without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay in this small eagle nest very well furnished and where you immediately feel at home. Marie is a person who loves to receive and it feels. We'll be back with pleasure to better enjoy the small garden, sunbeds and pool when the sun is at the rendezvous!

Ideally located for our family looking for calm, while staying at the gates of Tours. Alexandre's house is very clean and nicely furnished. We did not lack anything (special mention for the well-equipped kitchen). Alexandre is very responsive and access to the house with smartphone app is easy.

Very nice stay with friends in a spacious and comfortable house. Celine was very friendly, making sure everything was going as smoothly as possible. The accommodation is very well equipped for moments of conviviality and relaxation, in a very quiet area. I highly recommend it!

With my girlfriends, we stayed at Lucinda's for a weekend to visit the city and surroundings. When we arrived we were amazed by the decor and beauty of the house! There is also what you need as amenities, books, games...

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Had a great stay in Tours at a very well located flat in a lovely part of the town. Close to the river and easy walking distance to the town centre and train station, and the garden was really pleasant to sit outside in when the weather was good. Adeline was a great host and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Tours.

I stayed at Jean-Marc's place for the weekend, and the studio was better than I had expected! It is quite centrally located, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Being a studio, every inch of the space was well thought through, to maximize space. Well worth it, I definitely recommend it!

Laetitia is very nice, attentive and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare good dishes! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we were not very hot (we enjoyed having blankets available). We had a great weekend! And all of my friends and I would highly recommend taking this place.
