On the ground floor, double bedroom, two bedrooms and bathroom , kitchenette, living room and large arcades. Garden immersed in the magical scent of the Mediterranean scrub, barbecue and traditional Sardinian oven. A few steps from the house,Torre Aragonese, a beautiful lookout from where you can see the Dolphins with a little luck.

house immersed in nature, the Mediterranean vegetation makes the scent of lentischio, typical shrub of Sardinia, a quiet place, about 300 meters from the sea. The area is served by buses , a few kilometers away there are restaurants, market, pharmacy, pizzerias, fruits and vegetables directly from the farmer. The climate is good, almost tropical. Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.

This is the tower that overlooks Chia, offering a wonderful view of the entire bay. Turret guests have access to a large shared pool and are minutes away from shops and beaches. It is arranged on two levels: on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms each with a balcony and 2 bathrooms, on the lower floor there is an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking the terrace with breathtaking views.
