John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Great stay in Cannes! Bright and quiet apartment, with ideal proximity to the Palais des Festivals. The host was flexible and adapted to our arrival time by train for the key exchange, a real plus that allowed us to quickly enjoy the apartment and Cannes without our suitcases. The apartment is perfectly equipped and impeccably clean upon arrival. The sofa bed has a real mattress, providing appreciable comfort.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

I had a wonderful time in Nice with my family. This place was honestly perfect! Clean, great kitchen, spacious bedroom and i loved the living room area with the cuty balcony. There's a bakery right next to the place, where we got our fresh bread for breakfast + there are tons of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets close by. The communication with the hosts was one of the best I've probably had here. Super sweet, helpful and kind. I'd choose this place again, again and again! Olga's house and the place where it is located are enchanting. The house is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The psychic is heated. In person, it's better than in photos. thank you for your hospitality.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Great place to stay! Magnificent view!

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

It was exactly what we thought. Great stay. Loved it. Will definitely use again. 5 star.

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!
