[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984 it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I rent it in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor which is not accessible. Chalet located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Consisting of two rooms, in the first is the living room equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa and TV area. Tiny House, "The Walden Experience" in Passy sur Seine, has a double mezzanine bed, hammock reading area, bathroom and dry toilet. The large pontoon terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe.
