Property located 5 min drive from the Christmas market. 20 min walk by a track . The site has tennis courts, basketball, soccer , pétanque. Sea 5min by bike, 20 min by walk. Mountain: Pic du Canigou 1.5 hour drive Sea lake at the foot of the apartment ( sailing, paddle boarding, etc.) Spain 40m.
