It's a nice place that was thoughtfully put together. This is what Airbnb was intended to be, hosted by a local home owner - not a business or property manager. It shows in the maintenance and attention to detail, everything is very well cared for including the guests!

Clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Lots of great restaurants and downtown spots within walking distance with a special mention to the Texas bbq spot and the family owned brewery tap room, both right across the street. Access to the co-work public spaces was very convenient and useful. Would definitely stay here again.

Location: about as close to the mountain as you can get without spending mad cash...just a few steps up to Red Pine or Orange Bubble. Best to have a car as the Canyons Village area doesn't offer quite the variety that downtown PC has. Accommodations: ideal for a long-weekend getaway for my party of 2. we used the murphy bunks and left the living room area intact. didn't do any cooking, but there were enough plates and utensils that we could have prepared our own meals. the staff at the Yotelpad were friendly and i would describe the vibe as a laid back W hotel, especially on the first floor: large common areas with activities and some nice outdoor space with numerous firepits, a pool, and hot tub. only gripe is the the internal noise: can't tell if this was specific to our room or a structural issue, but it sounded like the guests upstairs were stomping around in their ski boots all nite long. Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Great place, clean and big. Close to restaurants. Nice club house. Only thing is the apt is bare bones you need to bring everything you need. The only things in the apt was, salt, pepper and a few laundry pods.

Wonderful place to stay, beautiful location and they respected my privacy and were available if I needed anything. The inside was super clean and it felt very welcoming as you walked in. Absolutely would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay while exploring the Park City area. Close to downtown and Kimble Junction. Plenty of bike paths and activates to find something to do.

Second time staying here, and it was a great place to stay once again! I will be back.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our family. We loved the game are with air hockey and foosball — it provided entertainment for everyone! The location was also a big plus; there’s a lovely park nearby where we enjoyed some outdoor activities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely book again!

This basement apartment was exactly what we needed. 25 minutes from Alta and 35 from Brighton, you get your choice of where to ski. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of skiing. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice place to stay for skiing the little and big cottonwood canyons. Spacious and pleasant. Quiet for being a basement apartment, everyone once in a while we could hear someone walking upstairs, definitely not a problem.

Fantastic house and services

Jennifer felt like a friend when communicating. The place is immaculate and just so beautiful set up in the mountain. we got a nice snow storm to see it in it's glory. The king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, bedding is AMAZING. I can't say enough about our stay but we thank you for everything!

Shae is amazing! Friendly and always accommodating, you truly can identify that she cares about your stay. She has a whatever you need attitude, while never imposing on your stay. The place is great! Spacious, warm, clean, plus its proximity to amenities and the mountains is perfect. Don’t let the basement fool you, there are plenty of windows and natural light! Exceptional Stay! Our recent visit was absolutely fantastic, and we can’t praise it enough. Monica and Danny were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond by providing breakfast items and snacks — a rare and thoughtful touch for an Airbnb. The home was easy to find, with convenient access to the mountains, making our skiing adventures effortless. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The apartment was a good space to spend time: spacious, comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our questions and a couple of small issues that arose (nothing serious).

We needed a place to stay for 30+ days while we transitioned back to the States from living abroad. This apartment is such a great find! we felt at home right away! we love that it is pet friendly and the staff is really friendly at the complex. there is covered parking for the residents and it's really close to restaurants and stores! about a 5 min drive away. communication with H& L housing is great. they're always so responsive and helpful. we really enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend!

Corinne was an amazing host with fast responses, with a very clean space and the views of the mountains even at night from the hot tub were so cool . Let’s save the best for last that theater room made the stay complete!!!!!

We (two couples) very much enjoyed another ( third Year) ski vacation at Rose cottage. Nancy is an excellent host and is available but not intrusive. We took advantage of the well appointed kitchen during our stay, cooking several meals. The two spacious living rooms provide the opportunity for separate activities- watch TV in one -while others make use of the available board games or books in the other. If your not skiing or using the hot tub- Just a short walk down the hill is the Jorden River Parkway trail- several miles of paved path with terrific mountain views to enjoy. I Very much recommend staying here.

We loved this property. It was roomy, spotless clean, and beds and linens were so comfortable and the location was very convenient to everything. It even had great views of the Utah snow covered mountains.we will definitely request to book this property next year for our annual ski trip. The garage was also wonderful to have as well THANK YOU!!
