Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Mini house in mini golf on the hill.

Mini cottage surrounded by the green of the mini Valbruna golf course. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka,toaster ,microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks , toast bread,jams. In the bathroom, shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left there is an indication of the mini Golf.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation!
