Cedar Retreat among the Pines

My home is located in beautiful Indian Valley in Plumas County within a half hour drive to 4 lakes for boating, fishing, and water recreation. Many tourist enjoy biking around our valley plus the numerous hiking trails. The loft can sleep four with floor space for sleeping bags with two bedrooms downstairs and two bathrooms. It can comfortably sleep ten people. Sleeping arrangements depend upon guests preferences. There is a large deck in the back and a covered porch in the front. The front area can easily park four to five cars and a boat.

Located in the heart of mid-town with walkability to restaurants and shopping! We love Susanville and Lassen County! Discover what Life in the Ville is all about. 1620 1/2 is at the center of it all. At the bottom of our hill next to the Community Garden is the Susan River Trail. Maybe go for a stroll on your way to coffee or hit up the two walkable grocery stores or explore our beautiful trails, lakes, high desert scapes and mountains. This unique apartment is within walking distance to the Bizz Johnson Trail, as well as Uptown Susanville, and is a space to relax for the weekend, bike the local trails, or explore the surrounding natural areas of Northern California. Apartment has a separate private entrance around the back side of the main house, with rock stairs through the rose and lavender gardens and views of the mature vineyard. Inside features a single BR studio with a kitchenette, washer/dryer unit, and full bathroom.

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. We have a new a different sofa than pictured.

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize.
