This Airbnb was very calming, in a safe gated place, right near the rio, not too far if you don’t mind a 10 min drive to the strip. Perfect for what I needed on my trip. The host was responsive. The kitchen was stocked well. the vibes are wonderful here, very green & clean. I miss it already. Thanks so much.

My stay at this apartment was most pleasant! The accommodation was very clean, tidy and cosy! Great location, close to the strip, main attractions, restaurants, bars etc. Easy for Uber pickup and dropoff. The host communicated well. I enjoyed my time in Vegas and would definitely stay at this apartment again! :)

We stayed here to attend a workshop. The apartment was perfect for that. If you want a place where you can hang out and work on your first novel, this might not be the place for you; however, if you want to do things in LV, it is clean, quiet and close to the freeway and all kinds of shopping.

My friends and I had a great stay. It was a beautiful home—just as described and looked just like the pictures. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, and the pool table was one of the highlights. I would highly recommend this airbnb and would come back again!

My stay at Hayden’s Place was absolutely amazing. The very best way to travel!! I had all the comforts of home every thing I needed. My family travels a lot but have always stayed at hotels and had to listen to the noise outside the rooms as other vacationers would come and go. This was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood we heard nothing!!! Our host was excellent …stayed in contact with us every step of our arranging our stay and responded quickly to any questions we had. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The thing I appreciated the most about Airbnb vs hotels is the ability to have a refrigerator and stove. Now in a lot of hotels they’ve taken away refrigerators and microwaves. My husband has to eat regularly so staying here eliminated a major problem. My only regret was it was unusually cool and I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beautiful back yard and pool!! Will check with Hayden when planning future trips!

This was one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. Issac is a great, accommodating host. When our kids got sick during our stay, we were able to extend our stay without any hassle to allow them to recover.

This place is conveniently located, just a 10-17 minute drive from the Strip and other popular attractions. Having a vehicle makes getting around easy. The home offers spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring everyone in your group has plenty of space and no long waits. Lisa, the host, is incredibly understanding, accommodating, and communicates promptly. Everything about our stay was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas!

The house was well taken care of and really clean. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cash’s place, he’s a great host and as a local guide has a plethora of local knowledge. The house is large, very clean, and the king bed is super comfortable! Pet friendly which is a huge bonus for us too. Complete fencing is in progress but the pups were still safe and secure (just could wander into the neighboring houses yard if not monitored.)

the place was exactly as shown online. Chelsea was responsive and had clear instructions. the pools and extra amenities were great. highly recommend when you want to be a little bit from the strip but close enough

Our stay at this Airbnb in Cedar City, Utah, was excellent! The place was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for our trip. The price was very reasonable, offering great value. The location worked perfectly—it allowed us to enjoy the charm of Cedar City while being just a short drive from Brian Head for snowboarding. On top of that, the host was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Great place, immaculately clean. Loved the whirlpool tubs. Kitchen has all the basics but if you’re planning a lot of cooking check the listing to make sure you have what you need.

This is our first stay at Bianca's place, third stay at the Flamingo Palms Villas in Las Vegas. This property is a beautiful gated community w/ an attendant 24/7. The location, value for money and price can't be beat! There's 2 pools & hot tubs. The pool with the beautiful palm trees is not heated. It makes a great "cold plunge"! Just a few steps to the south is a hidden much larger heated pool w/ jacuzzi [not in the listing pics]. It's great. Fun for kids, w/a 1 foot wading area. We loved Biancas bathroom remodel! Definitely nicest unit we've stayed in here! Lots of towels. W&D. Nice patio. THIS is the place! Get away from the chaos of The Strip but easily walk across the pedestrian bridge and you're in the center of the action at Ceasars Palace and Bellagio. Walk 1 block west to The Palms for their fabulous A.Y.C.E. buffet! There's also a Dennys and Chick-fil-A. Get grocery basics at the Walgreens on the corner. Walk to The Rio for Starbucks and see a Comedy Cellar show!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and one of my favorite units out of all the ones I’ve stayed in at Las Palmas. It had plenty of room, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the space. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was great. My only wish was that an early check-in had been available, but aside from that, it was a fantastic stay. Would definitely book again!

Great place. I stayed here while on a business trip. Nicholas has everything you need and the place is clean. It is close to the strip and everything you need for your stay. He is a great host and followed up with me to make sure I could get in to his condo. Uber has no issue getting in. I would stay again. The place is a great deal.
