Holiday rentals with a patio in Virreyes

Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy, in a very central location where you could tour many places. Besides the safety of the place was very good! We were happy and would definitely come back!

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Agustin was always helpful and responded to all our inquiries quickly. The cleanliness of the Depto was very good. The balcony is beautiful to sit and enjoy the canopy of the trees. We will definitely go back to the same place without thinking twice. Point in favor, it has parking in the building grave!

Perfection! We loved staying in this apartment. I travel for a living so I spend a lot of time in fancy hotels and when I travel for pleasure I look for a homely feeling. This apartment has it all! I felt right at home as soon as I walked inside. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nice smelling, very cozy feeling with modern furnishing, it has lots of privacy both on the balcony and on the terrace, it is located on a tree lined quiet street just steps away from all the shops and food option that Palermo has to offer. Angela is the best, she was very helpful with our check in needs, responded quickly to messages and she is very kind. When we'll visit Buenos Aires again we will surely stay in this apartment again.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is very nice, it was very clean and well equipped. Everything worked well. The only comment I have is about the entrance hall to the apartment, when we arrived it had a lot of smell, which I understand comes from the apartment next door. It was partially resolved by ventilating the aisle and with a flavoring but it still persisted a little. The hosts were always very friendly and helpful to us.

Excellent attention. We were very kind to don Carmelo (Federico's father) who communicated by message at all times with us and we had the best attention of those in charge of the building. Everything was sparkling. Surprised the details, iron, board, super spacious closets and the interior patio. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my relatives.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Worthy to recommend. The location of the house, the well equipped kitchen and the amazing hospitality of Lisandro and Candela made us not want to leave. Great cost for value, perfect location and great hosts. Definitely would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

Everything is impeccable , the house is very comfortable and very well equipped, ideal if you need long stays. We went to the Movistar Arena and it is very close by, so the location is great. Maria is very friendly and helpful at all times, even though we arrived at night. I recommend it 100%

28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Excellent predisposition by Marcela to be flexible with schedules. He gave us some recommendations on where to go to dinner and walk during the day, to take advantage of the free time.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Nico's home is better than I would expect!! It has all the amenities and more!! The apartment has all the details! It has everything and more!!! The grill/BBQ and yacuzzi on the patio is a 10!!! The beds are comfortable, the top quality white shop, in the kitchen you find all the appliances!!! Cables and adapters for everything!!! Excellent!! I would always be back!!!

The space is beautiful and is very well located ! In the heart of the city in front of Port Madero ! Easy access and safe ! We liked it very much , but as a suggestion, they could have left at least two bottles of water as a courtesy! The towels and bedding also needs to improve , not condition the space
