Townhome holiday rentals in Visayas

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

We were amazed upon staying at your place. The rooms were nice and clean. The Kitchen Area is big as well as it has complete kitchen wares. It really feels like home. We had great time! ❤️ Also, the host was very responsive. Reccomended! 💯

Jerica's place is one of the best airbnbs that Bacolod has to offer. In addition, Jerica is a very kind and considerate host. Jerica's place is modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. It's like a home away from home and perfect for a family or barkada getaway. Communication was smooth and Jerica always responded in a timely manner. Will definitely book again when we come back to the City of Smiles!

For the price that TaTa listed it, I felt that the house was worth way more. I loved the location, the flexible check in (upon request), and just the overall vibe of the house. It had aircon and WiFi which I both needed to survive working remotely. Lastly, TaTa was very helpful regarding my queries and even gave helpful information ahead of time. Will definitely recommend!

I was moved do a different house, that was very clean and quiet. Located inside a secured community. Tricycles always available for transportation. Responsive host. Nice pace.

Top accommodation - clean, no cockroaches or other parasites such as in the Horizon in Cebu City. Quiet, safe, top helpful and friendly security. The surroundings are typical of Talisay and was as expected for me. Otherwise a very friendly and attentive host. Thank you Darren!

Sherry’s place was great value for money. Conveniently located, especially if you rent your own scooter. Clean, well equipped and communication was professional and on point.

We were fortunate to have booked Chona’s place for 3 weeks. Even before our trip, Chona was very accommodating and patient with all my queries. Their place is the perfect place to call “home away from home”. There was enough space for our family of five to not feel claustrophobic. She has a beautiful outdoor space, garden and a friendly dog named Covi that made us feel right at home. There is a sari-sari store across that sold water gallons which was very convenient. Aside from the bumpy road that leads to her place, which wasn’t so bad if you imagine it as a roller coaster ride, her place and the people around are warm and welcoming. For a family that has not traveled outside of Manila since March 2020, with qualms of being outside our comfort zone, Chona’s place was a cozy retreat and Chona and her family blessings.

Me and my wife stayed at Divina's townhome. Everything was as described. It was very very quiet, great for sleeping. Fast internet and nice tv. Everything was supplied ! Everything ! All we had to do was buy our food. Cold AC and a very large bed which is important to me, I am 6'2" tall so I really appreciated that. So great to have washer and dryer. Sari Sari store 20 seconds walk across the road from the place ! Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables out on the main road. Pharmacy across the street and a couple places close by to buy groceries. Very comfortable place to stay ! The free motorbike was nice so we could take off whenever we wanted. A very nice experience for us, we will stay again :) Thank you Divina

This place is incredible! Great value for what you get, incredible views everywhere, nice pool with view, great water access for doing a little snorkeling and they provide free snorkeling equipment which we took a vantage of! There's a really cool cave/crevice to explore right down at the water. They rent scooters there which was super important for us to go and explore the island, I'd say the only downside for some people would be is once you are at the resort you really need transportation to get anywhere it's not walking distance to much of anything. For us that was no biggie at all. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, overall great experience I would go back there for sure.

Liza is a great host. She is always looking to help and make the stay great. The house is great. It is very well furnished, very functional. I love the marble floors and the marble stairs. The yard and the pool are wonderful and always perfectly maintained. Feel free to ask Liza's advice, she will be happy to help. Ask Liza where to buy groceries, vegetables and fruit. Very easy. I have stayed once before, I just stayed for a month and I have booked it again for another month.. I plan to book it for the next year as well. I very highly recommend FlorDeLiza. It is a short walk to the Alona beach yet enough away from the constant human flow at the beach for a good rest. For people who like to swim in the ocean I recommend to Google the tides and go near or at full tide. Great time!

Great place for a family with plenty of space- well thought out design with some extra quiet spots within the condo making it perfect for several people staying here. Its proximity to the markets was really handy as well. Travellers tip- Getting transport in Liloan such as a Maxim can be problematic so be sure to allow lead time to be picked up as most will come from Consolacion about 20 minutes away. Host was delightful and communicated well. Recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay at the townhouse. We were provided with all the necessities we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the dipping pool, which was a great way to cool off while relaxing with friends. Their internet was really strong, which was a big plus for us as we needed to work. The place was very clean, the instructions were clear, and one of the perks of staying there was the opportunity to feed stray animals with our leftovers, as we don't like wasting food. Overall, everything was great from check-in to check-out.

Melodies place is a great value to your money and spacious! And easy to communicate and grant my request although in small things! I highly recommend this place for a big family who’s looking around panglao you must visit

The place is right in center of where we need to be; but kind of hard to locate, luckily the caretaker, Tita Bing, was very clear with her instructions to our driver. This is perfect for big groups that also need privacy from each other.— Cold AC; has water heater (although kind of low water pressure), complete with blankets, towels, complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and bottled water— almost like a hotel accommodation. Plus, Tita Bing is great, she was always available. Our team was veeerrry late in checking in (our apologies), but she was always a call away. Would stay here again. x

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.
