Linda's new apartment booked with no reviews. Saved the price and photos. But in reality, the apartment is even better!!! Everything is new, newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with appliances: large TV, refrigerator, microwave, capsule and geyser coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. The bonus is the water filter. All kitchen utensils are in excellent condition. There is enough. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet. Towels are plentiful, all quality. Comfortable mattresses, nice beds, new bed linen. Lots of shelves and storage cabinets. There is an ironing board, iron. There is a sofa in the kitchen. 6 sleeping places. 2 balconies. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, shops, restaurants, markets nearby. Linda is the best hostess. Very intelligent, responsible, courteous, humane. Helped us with everything during our stay. Always in touch, gave useful tips. Offered to meet our family at the station, took with luggage at the end of the holiday. We have the very best experience staying at Linda's place.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Rita and her co-hosts were responsive, friendly and communicative even with a slight language barrier. The location was a five minute walk from the beach with restaurants and grocery stores nearby that made getting food easy.

Staying in Gisella and Roberto's beautiful house was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and full of attention, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the territory immersed in the Marche hills.

Very clean place (I never found a perfectly clean place like this), extremely helpful hosts. I interacted with both Francesca and her son and they were both extremely kind, quick, and proactive.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

We booked for an event at the fair with colleagues and had a really good time. The house is warm and welcoming, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
