The location is truly beautiful — peaceful nature, amazing lake view, and the sound of birds in the morning made the stay very relaxing. One thing to note: the first and second floors are connected by a ladder, not stairs, and you need to go outside the cabin to access them. This is not clearly visible in the photos, so it’s good to know in advance.

Very nice apartment. Convenient to public transportation (bus 310 stops in front of the block). Close to Kaufland shop. Simona was very accommodating and helpful! The place was very nice with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. Looked very Modern and clean, even had a balcony. Easy check in and check out, and came with a reserved parking space right in front of the building’s entrance. I would come back here again.

I myself stayed at the apartment for one month and the stay was excellent. Terry was always very friendly and attentive and sent a weekly report to see how it went. And to see if there was anything she could help me with. The apartment itself was very clean and practically furnished and has all the necessities and more (I really can't get anything, which the apartment doesn't have) It is a little further from the center, but there is a direct metro from the house to the center that takes about 20/25 min. This apartment is therefore definitely recommended for anyone who does not want to stay in the city center itself. And I will definitely visit it on my next visit.

Nikolay was a great host. Met me outside the building and showed my around the apartment. Lovely place, peaceful, warm and everything I needed for my weekend. He even brought and extra heater when there was a government emergency and gas went off. Not that the flat needed it, it was still warm. There is a big supermarket nearby and even a Lidl around the corner, which was good for getting food supplies. Nikolay was really responsive and hospitable. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

It was the cleanest house between the houses I have stayed in so far, from the bed to the towels. There was everything needed, the kitchen was extremely clean and all kinds of tools and glasses for cooking were clean and sufficient. There was not only a hair dryer, and it was stated that the house was fully equipped in every way. It is a little far from the center of the neighborhood, but we chose it on purpose because there is a parking space. We stayed very comfortably as 2 adults and 2 children

Outstanding place, made with very tasteful, flair for detail and attitude towards guests. It really feels like you're coming home! The view that opens up from the large yard is more than lovely. The communication with Radoslava was prompt and accurate and she was available at all times. We will definitely be back again!
