Franzis Landhaus

Franzis Landhaus befindet sich in dem ruhigen Dorf Beuren an der Aach. Beuren ist ein Ortsteil von Singen, und liegt im wunderschönen Hegau. Der Bodensee liegt nur 13 Kilometer entfernt. In 2,5 Kilometer befindet sich ein Badesee. Unser Landhaus ist ein ehemaliges Bauernhaus das von uns liebevoll renoviert wurde. Alt und neu verbindet sich hier perfekt. Unser Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Ankommen und wohlfühlen ist unser Motto. Bei Fragen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

On our farm there are many animals from horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, pigeons, bees and dogs to cats. Our farm is located on the outskirts of a small village and is only about 14 km from Lake Constance. The farm is surrounded by nature and there are many beautiful things to do in the region.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
