"Holmen" is a historical naval area. Here you are surrounded by water and beautiful old bulidings. You have space and privacy but bridges connect you to bustling Nyhavn and the very center of the city in a few minutes. The apartment has a large sunny terrace where you can relax and have barbecue. From the livingroom and terrace you have view and direct access to one of Copenhagens canals, where you can go for a swim. There is free parking in the street. Its my home, when I dont have guests.

The apartment is newly renovated with a spectacular view from the balcony overlooking a Jewish Cemetery. From here, everything you want to discover in Copenhagen is close by, and you will be surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Yet, the apartment itself is very quiet as it is located in a backyard, closed off from the streets.

There is sunrise on the east-facing balcony, which also has views of the sea (Øresund), Malmö and the island Saltholm. West-facing balcony has a barbecue and cozy seating. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.

Great for families with children and for couples a romantic getaway. Very quiet surroundings with a view to the ocean.

Morning run or swim at the beach and 2 min. walk to the metro! Modern house by Amager Strand aka Amager Beach with private rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. The Metro has 3 stops to the airport or 5 stops to the city center with Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn etc. Ideal for one or two families with children. Groceries, bakery, ice cream and several nice restaurants all with in walkning distance.
