The bungalow, lovingly renovated in the summer of 2020 and usable in all seasons, is located on an approximately 300 m² large, green, not visible property in Loissin. It is less than a hundred meters from a beautiful natural beach and only a few minutes from a very popular kitesurf spot on the Greifswald Bodden. The location on the edge of the forest and proximity to the beach make the place an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays and the bungalow an ideal retreat.

Enjoy a cozy break in the bungalow on the Devin Peninsula. Just 5 minutes' walk from the sandy beach and located directly at the nature reserve, it offers pure peace and nature. Arrival by train is also possible ( to the train station on foot about 5 minutes ). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. Also a beautiful terrace, garden, parking & barbecue are available for free. The cottage is very well equipped. Shopping facilities are 5 minutes away. No spa fee.
