Delightful, stately space.. very clean…. More services and what Air bnb says. Great view from different parts of the house… perfect for relaxing with friends or relationship

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

A week-long stay, typically a holiday in the second half of October 2024, daily sunshine, light winds by the sea, bathing and walking along the seaside promenade. Functional kitchen; close to beach and downtown. Well-stocked shops nearby. We recommend the fish restaurant H Trata next to the harbor and a fish and seafood shop in the center where you can buy fresh or fried products. We recommend walking to Saint Efraim Monastry and taking the 310 bus to Marathon Run Muzeum. Close to Athens; it takes about 1 hour to get to the M3 Halandri metro station by taxi and further by metro to Syntagma square. We recommend a family stay in Nea Makri.

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside seating areas with sea views - it was really breath-taking. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and always available to help to answer any questions and lots of recommendations. We would love to return. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful house, very tasteful and high-quality furnishings with great views and equipped with the latest electronic devices. Great pool, perfect terrace and great lighting concept. Communication with George, check-in and check-out went pleasantly and straightforward. George had kindly bought us some groceries on arrival. We felt particularly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Wonderful villa that was exactly what we wanted. We were 3 adults and a 2 year old and the villa gave us plenty of space and was well equipped for eating in. A travel cot and high chair were provided. All the bedrooms are a good size and there’s plenty of space to completely unpack and hang all of your things up or put in drawers- I’ve actually never stayed somewhere with so much storage space! All bedrooms also have access to a balcony which is nice. Great outdoor space with a sunken trampoline which was perfect for our toddler. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes where there are some lovely restaurants, a little park is approximately 15/20 min walk and a great butchers and green grocers was about a 10 min walk- this was great for us as we love cooking and the produce was amazing. The area is pretty quiet and at the time of year we travelled mostly just locals which we really liked. The co-host Panos was SO helpful and accommodating and I would definitely book again.

First I want to say that the host Stefanos is a true gentleman he truly cared about making our stay wonderful The property sits just above beach with great 360 degree views. The property itself is immaculate there are different areas to just lay out and enjoy the sun and breeze The pool is so clean and clear and refreshing I totally enjoyed swimming at night as well Out of all my stays at a Airbnb this one takes #1 I definitely recommend staying here it's close to glyfada close to sunion And the beaches around the area are very beautiful . This property was wonderful to stay at. It had a beautiful view and the home was inviting. The pool was incredible. There is nothing like swimming in an amazing pool with a beautiful view of the sea! This is a great place for an adults vacation or a family vacation. I would highly recommend it!

Anna was very helpful arranging rides for us and flexible in allowing us to add a day after we experienced flight disruptions. The location was perfect- easily accessible with short walks to key tourist sights, nice restaurants and shopping. The spacious lodging accommodated a family of 5 easily. The washer & dryer allowed us to pack lighter with fewer clothes. We hope to stay there again in the future.

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

Villa more beautiful than on the picture! The pool is amazing!!! The garden and the house are very well maintained. The localisation is perfect : quiet and close to everything (less than 5 minutes by car from restaurants, beach, supermarket...).

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

A uniquely amazing place, of great aesthetics and functionality. No matter what I say, it will be poor for both villa zen and host Maria-Antonia. We didn't miss anything, there wasn't a spot that wasn't great. Nothing is accidental. A wonderful person, Maria-Antonia, full of light, very helpful, amazing communication.
