Amazingly spacious apartment with everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The check-in was made easy by the helpful lobby staff. Incredible pool area on the 27th floor with gorgeous sunset view over Lion's Head.

Highly recommended Eric, and his apartment, if planning a trip to the Cape Town area. We were 2 adults and a 1 year old on a holiday from London and it was perfect for our needs. With a view of Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles, the apartment gave a safe and secure feeling surrounded by a beautiful vista. Eric is an absolute please to deal with, with groceries waiting when we arrived being most welcome after a long flight.

Wonderful place to stay. Felt safe, with very helpful building staff. The location matched the description and the hosts were very responsive. I did not have a single issue with the unit and would be happy to stay there again.

The apartment is right in the city. There are lots of bars and restaurants. If you like city life, this is the place.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you need to stay for a few weeks. Great view of table mountain and walkable to lots of good coffee places, shops and restaurants. Security on site at the apartment always made you feel safe. Great host - always helpful, responsive and clear with communication. Also provided a good list of local recommendations. Will love to stay again!

A Perfect Stay at Mouille Point! Our stay at the condo in Mouille Point exceeded all expectations! The space was beautifully modern, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The highlight? The spectacular sea views that we enjoyed every single day. Lesley was an exceptional host — kind, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short stroll to the Oranjezicht Market, the V&A Waterfront, and the beach. We loved the convenience of being so close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and the stunning beachfront promenade, where we had some amazing walks. We stayed 6 nights a Sue’s place for my moms birthday and absolutely loved it! Great location and even better views. Can definitely recommend.

Gail made check in very easy and looked after us very well. It was easy to walk to the beach and the shops. The car is safely parked inside the building and the balcony and plunge pool added something a little extra. There was a lovely huge shower in the upstairs bathroom.

Katie has been very friendly and responsive, from the beginning till the end. So nice to experience since it was my very first visit in Cape Town. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a gorgeous view. On the hottest moments of the day we'd close the curtains which helped significantly. Despite the warm summers we could sleep easily during the nights. There are lot's of restaurant's on walking distant. The neighborhood felt very safe. Even more so the apartment, with nice people living in the block. Long story short, I recommend the apartment and Katie as a host as well. For my future visit to Cape Town I can say I'll reach out to Katie first, for sure.

My family and I needed a place to stay whilst we renovated our kitchen. We chose this super cool town house. It’s super stylish and in a lovely area. A few mins walk to Woolworths, the beach front and excellent restaurants. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Jodi for always being so helpful and responsive.

Easy to access by road and foot. Restaurants and beach just across the road. The unit is spacious and we had a comfortable stay.

The view is insane and we felt really safe. The apartment itself has a lot of decoration which was not really our taste. Other than that it’s a really nice apartment in a good area:)

Nicole was a fantastic host and we were very appreciative of her communication from before check-in, throughout our stay, and checkout. When there was a water issue in the building (not the host's fault at all), she was incredibly proactive in sending updates on the service status and checking in. The flat was a beautiful space and fully equipped, just as pictured in the photos, and my husband and I were able to work remote very comfortably with very fast WiFi. The secure parking and building were a plus, and the surrounding blocks had a lot of great restaurants (it felt safe and walkable in the surrounding blocks). There was also a great nail salon next door! :)

I had a lovely stay here. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and matched the description. The host was very responsive as well.

Very spacious, well equipped with a sea view

My stay was amazing Nida and her entire team were great in making sure everything I needed was at my door steps and I lost my bracelet they found it and returned it to me. Nida out did herself when she got me a transportation back to the airport. Everything is amazing I will definitely stay here anytime am in Cape Town 10/10

This ground-floor apartment is in a secured development in the heart of V&A. The unit is between a lovely canal on one side and the marina on the other. With a garden area between you and the next building, and an enormous terrace, this is arguably the nicest unit in the complex. Every room feels super-sized. Considering that neighboring hotels go for $1200+/night, this is incredible value.

This was my first trip to South Africa, coming 22 hours from America. Miss Tanya has given me the greatest experience in my life. She welcomed me at the place and made sure I felt at home with her hospitality. Her communication was spot-on, the place was spotless and very cozy, and EVERYONE was friendly from the security to the surrounding neighbors. If I could rate higher than a 10, I would rate much higher. She was more than professional. I highly recommend Miss Tanya and I will definitely make sure I book her again on my next visit.
