Holiday rentals in Wadi Kabir

The house is located directly across the road from the beach with 3 restaurants on the same road. There is public parking on the main road. The rooms were large and bright. There was no outdoor space/garden but that didn’t matter as there’s a large balcony on the top floor and a smaller one on the second. Sulaiman was very kind, gracious and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa in Oman, and it was an unforgettable experience! The villa’s charm, comfort, and authenticity truly exceeded my expectations. The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional architecture with modern amenities to ensure both comfort and style. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a serene retreat after a day of exploring. The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful area but still conveniently close to key attractions. You can walk to supermarkets and nearby restaurants. Mall of Oman is 4 minutes by car. Abdullah was very responsive and took care of all our requests and questions instantly.

Very large space exactly as described. It is functional and having one bathroom per bedroom was very nice. There was also soap in every piece of water, salt, pepper, sugar, .... everything that is difficult to bring as well as small touches (fresh water in the fridge, cookies, slippers available) . A'idah is responsive and she has always met our expectations (we ran out of gas one evening at 8 p.m. and at 9:30 p.m. the bottle had been replaced by a company she contacted). The neighborhood is secured by a private company (but you don't feel unsafe in Oman). The accommodation is very close to the highway and a large supermarket. On the other hand, it is located just above Muscat and most of our excursions took place to the south which forced us to make the road but the motorway network is very developed.

Omar is a very humble person. We were travelling by road from UAE and booked the property for our stay at 9.00 PM and we wanted to check in at 11.30. Without the help from Omar, it wouldn't be possible. Even for check out, he accomodated our unusual request (we checked out at 3.00 PM). Property is very clean, spacious and with mountain view windows. I highly recommend the host and property thereto.

Cozy place , would like to visit again if the price is lower

The flat was big enough for 4 people, furniture is clean and seemed brand new. Before we checked in Mike got us towels, provided with some products, he was always in touch and would always reply so we felt free to ask something. he also gave us lots of tips about places to see. the area is very quiet, you won't be disturbed by any neighbors. Mike is a very hospitable owner

Very nice place to stay especially for big family/groups. Attractions are within reachable distance. Some improvements in the future, can provide basic necessities such as toileteries and hair dryer. Otherwise, we are happy with the service.
