Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Wahiba Sands

When traveling with our young son, Abdullah went out of his way to provide a child crib for him to sleep in. We appreciated Abdullah's assistance and warm welcome. We also found this house and the surrounding beaches to be very family friendly.

Really good house, to allow peaceful holidays. kids are always in the swimming pool when you can prepare a barbecue.

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

Wow what an incredible stay we had here! Amazing space, on the edge of the desert. The chalet is just like the pictures. The real added bonus is the incredible host, Arif!!! Arif gave us such a warm welcome and showed us some Omani hospitality (we loved the lokhemat). He arranged a desert sunset tour which was such a highlight of our trip. Arif and his team are a real delight. Can’t recommend this place enough. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Mohammed has always been really reactive when we have questions and instructions to come very clear . The chalet is indeed larger than expected on the picture :-) Very quiet and nice for a family and close the the beach to enjoy local activities

It's paradise, a peaceful place I've been able to relax in. Surrounded by the mountains the pool is very perfect! And only a 35 min drive to wadi Khalid. The host is kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect I can only recommend it! Thanks for everything

It is commendable to have such a high-quality living environment on the edge of the desert, the pool is clean, the room is tidy, the dining table is missing, the outdoor sofa is better if there is an umbrella, it is very hot after the sun comes out during the day, the outdoor sofa in the desert can hardly sit on people, resulting in such a good scenery, the staff are warm and friendly, The only problem is that the location is inaccurate, I can't see the house after arriving by positioning, with the help of a nice local, driving us to the correct location after re-communicating the address with the host, we drove in the car at the last 200 meters we were still in the car because we were not familiar with the sandy road conditions, but in fact, if there was a staff member at the intersection in advance, it could be avoided., so when we left, we were guided by the staff, and we drove off the sandy road. When we got in the car, the staff saw and called a lot of people to help get rid of it, thank them very much!All in all, it's a great place to stay if you ignore some of the questions when you get there, it's a great place to live in both the desert up close and have a very good living environment!

Mohammed, is a great host. The beach chalet is lovely and the best sun rise on the nearby beach.

This is a great place to stay in Sur. Convenient for the town, clean and a beautiful view. Badar was a great host and provided clear check in instructions. Good value and recommended!
