Such a lovely place! Just 1 minute away from the beach, we were able to relax in a clean and cozy environment and we loved the privacy as well. Great communication from the host and was impressed by their hospitality. Definitely would recommend!

Great stay with our extended family for Christmas. Loved the visits from puppies next door and patting the horses over the fence. We also enjoyed firing up the pizza oven in the sunshine for lunch and dinner. Thanks Ash.

Awesome place. Incredibly clean. Two toilets! Great size backyard, including bbq. Handy to have the beach at the end of the road. Really responsive too! Would def stay again!

Great location, tidy home, friendly host! Highly recommend and would stay again. Only thing to note is that if you have a small dog who likes to explore, there are several places your doggo might be able to get through the fence, if they are small.

Dee was a wonderful host and her home was the perfect base for our event in Trentham: clean, comfortable and warm, especially given Wellington’s crazy weather! Really appreciated having our dog stay and the secure yard made life easy. Thanks so much

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hosts have exquisite taste, the furniture and styling is unique, and makes this property feel like a home, and not some generic airbnb. The outdoor area is obviously a highlight, the pool got a lot of use, the kids absolutely loved it. Also the sauna was a real treat too. The indoor/outdoor flow was great, and created a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The playground was just across the road, and the beach a 5 min walk. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be keen to return.

We loved our stay here! The place was beautiful and the backyard was incredible with big beautiful trees for privacy as well as a great pool and tennis court. The house is well spread out for a big group and Angela’s communication was perfect. Will definitely be recommending to others :)

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Lucy’s home is just gorgeous! We took our team up there for two nights and they all loved it, beautiful space, quiet neighbourhood, wonderful outdoor areas and very clean, tidy, and homely. Lucy was super responsive and flexible both before and during our stay. Thanks Lucy! We’ll be back!

Place is super small and compact but has everything you need. The area is very very quiet with great views. super comfortable bed, check in was a breeze. Macerator toilet and pipe system was a bit of a surprise and can be noisy especially if not used to it but otherwise all good.

Joy’s place is wonderful. It’s cosy and quiet and has a lovely garden area to relax in too which was very welcome after our long drive. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance to the town which has a really good range of restaurants and cafes and is pretty much right on the beach and only 5 mins to the Kapiti boat launch. We could only stay one night but we loved it and Joy is super helpful and responsive.

Had a wonderful stay. Had all the amenities plus more you could need. Was very fresh and clean. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and forest park. A great beach for the family to play at. Rachel was super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

Compact space but very comfortable and little touches that were much appreciated including bubbles and chocolates on Christmas Day, and lovely homemade cake on arrival. Great deck for relaxing and BBQ and easy stroll to the beach. Being able to take the dog made our short getaway more enjoyable. Thanks Christine and family for a wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful time at the Bach, wasn't far from home but felt so peaceful and we could recharge ourselves. Beautiful lay out with 3 good bedrooms and very comfy double beds with great pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washing machine and dishwasher! Played games till wee hours of the mornings and read some really interesting books. Good variety of DVDs too, but our favorite was the back deck ... we couldn't get enough of it. The fireplace, we loved so much that we're going to make the same on our property this weekend. We had our family dogs who loved the space of the section, as well as going to the beach every day and walking through the forest. We're already talking about returning, a real home away from home. Thank you, especially for allowing our dogs to come with us, cannot tell you how that made our trip even better than we imagined. Excellent off street parking for several vehicles too, right up to the garage.

After naking our booking month's in advance, we were impressed by the open communication, the warm welcome we received, the accommodation was as described. Really good instructions on how to get through gate at the bottom of driveway and which driveways to take to get to accommodation. I did message to see if we could arrive earlier and it wasnt an issue. Will be recommending the stay to friend's etc. Far enough out of Wellington for the peace and quiet but close enough that it wasnt a long drive to Wellington cbd. So nice listening to our native bird's during the day and night when we were actually there.
