Great place to stay, very tidy and comfortable, lovely property, walking distance to brewtown and town.

We had a fantastic stay at Suzanne’s. Their home is very spacious, lots of beautiful natural light and had absolutely everything we needed. An easy walk up into the hills to Butterfly Creek and very close to the beach. The house was very well equipped and Suzanne and Glen were fantastic to deal with. It was also a very quiet neighbourhood and we loved the bird life. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable accommodation close to the town. Everything we needed although for some reason Wifi was difficult to get into. Maybe our age!! One of our group said her bed was the most comfortable bed she had slept in for years. Thank you very much

Loved! Loved! Loved! Nicola’s place was home away from home! As soon as I opened the door, I felt totally at peace ! My mum who had a recent knee surgery also felt the same ! Skye my Schnoodle was in heaven ! Nicola has an eye for detail and looked after the smallest of things , there are even dog toys ! Lots of cooking items for those who wish to cook - we did ! Coffee machine was a bonus ! Loved the different areas you could sit and relax .. also loved the beach decor - beautiful and calming and 5 minutes from the beach ! ❤️💕

AMAZING!! perfectly describes this Airbnb. I booked this wonderful home for my family visiting over from Australia for 2 nights. It's much better in person, than in the listing photos. They loved it and wished it was available for another night. It was spacious and comfortable for 6 persons. Other than the dishwasher being out of order, everything else they needed was there to use. There's also a downstairs area where family can hang out. Prem and Sneh are excellent hosts. Can definitely recommend.

Fabulous house for families or larger groups. Clean and spacious with everything you need during your stay. Large fridge freezer and use of BBQ makes it’s easy to feed everyone. Games and table tennis table were a hit and the coffee machine was a bonus. Hosts are responsive and helpful and provide all the information you need to make the most of your stay. I would happily recommend this property.

Fantastic place to take your dog with a completely fenced area to use. Jolene and partner were really accommodating and friendly - even towards our dog! The house itself was warm, welcoming, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for our needs - so great to be so close to the waterfront, and nice and spacious.

Great apartment very close to the beach. Spacious and very clean, and the added extras (eggs, bread, milk, butter and chocolate) were much appreciated. We'd stay again!

Danielle made everything super easy and welcoming for us. Even with a booking mix up, she ensured we had everything sorted as smoothly as possible. We were in great hands and enjoyed our Wellington stay with this great location!

Ros and Craig were excellent at responding and the place was very clean. I personally found the noise a bit too much, although this is in the listing description and I must be a light sleeper. When i rasied this, Ros and Craig were very quick to try and help figure out a solution and were extra careful to try and not make too much noise in the early mornings.

Gemma’s place was clean and comfortable she was a very responsive host! The flat is in a brilliant location to explore Wellington and we had a very relaxing stay.

This place had million dollar views of the harbor. It was quiet and easy to walk or Uber downtown. While the place is a bit old and quirky, that did not detract from the charm. We were very glad to stay there.

What a great host! In a world where AIRBNBs are increasingly operating by third parties, it was a very welcome relief to come across a place that was obviously set up for the convenience and comfort of its guests. Really appreciated Wayne’s thoughtful additional touches like books, guides and leaflets. Also very grateful for generous provisions. Be warned that the location of this AIRBNB is on the steep side of Wellington! The pay off is spectacular views! While we were relying on walking in and out of the city, the location was still doable. It’s a steep climb but very convenient. Our party of 4 found Wayne’s place super comfortable and very peaceful. Wayne was also a perfect, thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you Wayne for a memorable stay. Look forward to another visit sometime.

Matched the description and the photos. Spacious apartment, excellent shower, shower and kitchen, nice view, good location.The building is not the most modern one but is clean, good location, elevators in good condition. Maria is very nice and proactive. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! The apartment has everything you need and in a very walkable neighborhood to restaurants and things to do in Wellington. Bed is quite comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

Lovely, spacious place with an excellent kitchen, beautiful balcony views and comfortable bed. Rex and Emily have done a fantastic job of making this central location comfortable. Can’t wait to return here!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, and we were provided with plenty of information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It has a fantastic view too! The living room and master bedroom can get quite hot on sunny afternoons, however both rooms have fans provided, which helped. Craig was very easy to communicate with and also proactively provided us with fresh towels several days into our stay. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Craig!

Our 2 staff stayed at Emily's place and it was just what they needed for a short stay. The location was great and Emily was great to communicate with.
