Kaon is a good soul and a very nice host. Checkin was super easy, he showed me as well the neighborhood and answered all my questions. He is allways there when u need him, but also very quiet and respects your privacy. His House is a perfect Spot to explore the island

Great location and I felt right at home. I had the best sleep! Mattress was AMAZING I end up locating the store and made a purchase for myself. The manufacturer ended up being about 10 mins from my house on the mainland. My sister and I had our own room and enjoyed the quietness while we were there. Place was clean and simple. Beautiful view. Thank you Ashley! I will be back with my two sisters. It will be us three next time. Mahalo!

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

One of our favourite Air B&Bs for several reasons. First - Pamela was just great. We arrived late at night and she stayed up to ensure we had a smooth check in. She also ensured we had everything we needed given our late arrival. Location was amazing. Right at the heart of Kihei. Super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry + dryer was amazing to have! Will definitely stay here again!

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

This was our second stay at James’ place at the Royal Mauian. Everything we loved in our April ‘24 review was true again this visit. This is a perfect spot for two people. Everything you need is right there. We stayed ten days and used our rental car three times. James is very responsive. The Royal Mauian is one of the few condos in Kihei that is on the beach side of the road. The beach is within 100 yards of the condo and many food options are right across the street.

So happy we found this cozy spot, with direct access to the beach, and central to a lot around the island. The welcome gift and local tips on where to eat, what to see, and things to do were thoughtful touches. We were thankful the unit supplies beach chairs and towels, and it was awesome having a gauge in the shower to control the water temperature. We also loved meeting the local kitties near the property. The building community seemed very friendly and chill - would definitely stay there again!

We only stayed here a night but it is very equipped for a long stay! After a super long & hard hike in Haleakala we really appreciated the hot tub availability. Access was easy and Derek provided very clear instructions on everything. The access to the beach was awesome to get in a morning swim. It was very quiet in the evening and the bed was comfortable. Great location for easy access to town and not too far from a lot of what we wanted to see. Highly recommend!!

The condo was exactly as advertised with a beautiful view of the ocean, great amenities, and a very responsive host. Despite a major rare storm that caused some road closures in the area, we had a wonderful time at this space and I would highly recommend it to any visitor to Maui!
