Gopal’s house is exactly like what you see in the images. It is very clean and easily accessible. The housekeeper is very friendly and we didn’t feel unsafe for even a second. The indoor pool and projector screen are what we enjoyed the most. I would highly recommend this place for all types of people as it is well situated, not far from the highway yet secluded. Mr. Suntosh Goel hosted 25 of us in his villa for a family get together. He was most flexible wrt check in / check out times. The location of the bungalow is very good and convenient. Overall the place was neat and clean and as expected. Suntosh was also very accommodating and flexible. Even though we had an issue with the AC’s in one of the rooms, he was gracious enough to quickly make alternate arrangements within the premises for another room. In case one is looking for a big family get-together in the heart of Koregaon Park - this is an ideal spot. The caretaker Munni also made some great breakfast and snacks. We could get a variety of food delivered to the doorstep quick and hassle free. Very enjoyable

Really nice place in an amazing resort. The duplex was very comfortable and then resort had good amenities, especially the food. Saturday evening the resort had hosted a live standup artist and music event. That was wonderful. Akhil and Archana shared details around the nearby places and restaurant which was very helpful. Pintu helped us check-in and was very friendly. He even took us to Matheran drop spot. Don't think twice before booking this place. You will definitely enjoy the vibe of the resort

this place is really beautiful and peaceful. it is great for big groups as it is very spacious. evrything was same as described. we had a great time living in this beautiful villa. only if it was possible for us , we would have stayed more days.the host was friendly and helpful whenever we called for anything. thankyou for the stay , would like to visit again!

My recent stay here was amazing. The villa is located on the outskirts of Pune and is an ideal getaway for a weekend or longer. The villa is spacious, well maintained and clean. The splash pool is a great addition in this scorching summer heat and a great way to lounge and laze around and chill during hot afternoons and evenings. Ganesh was really helpful from the day the booking was confirmed all the way till the end. He made sure we were comfortable and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. He was always available to answer any questions and address any needs we had during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The property matched the description perfectly. Location is unbeatable and really close to Balewadi High Street which has tons of options for restaurants and cafes. Check-in was hassle free and the host kept me updated throughout including ensuring we had welcome tea etc upon arrival. We had 4 families (19 people in all incl kids) and the site was spacious and even had an elevator to access the upper floors. Each bedroom has an attached full b ath which was a really nice feature for us. Parking is a bit limited but we were able to park 3 cars. They had staff on site who helped put together a really delicious dinner and breakfast spread for a very large group of us (19). The host was super flexible and accommodating with all my request s to customize the food menu and options to entertain our large family. Overall really happy with this place and recommend this host.

This place is great for families or groups, as each of the three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Towels were provided and the beds were neatly made up and comfortable. There was a washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes hanging rack, and basically everything you need to manage your stay (incl crockery and pots and pans) and the staff are friendly and helpful. The property is however a little run down as it looks like it has been heavily used. Things are falling apart a little bit and don’t lean on the end of the dining table as it is not attached to the base :)

a truly remarkable place that looked exactly like the pictures. It has three bathrooms, all equipped with hot water, and every bedroom came with air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. The highlight for me was the lovely swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing afternoon or late night dip. Additionally, there was a huge garden that allowed for various outdoor games. I enjoyed playing cricket, football, badminton, and card games and carrom. additionally Bharat and Sanket were very responsive and helpful hosts! definitely going back again in rains.

It was nice stay . The bunglow is best and clean rooms. Only issue is lock not working on many rooms. Apart from Fahad is very good host. very responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend this property to stay with family.

We booked Modi house for 2 days with family. This place had everything that we could require right from fully equipped kitchen to entertainment. We had a fun time and the place is large enough has extra beds etc. We also explored areas around it is walkable and not secluded. The caretaker also proactively cleaned everything so we always had a clean place. We will come back to this place. I would recommend this place for large groups and families with kids.
